| The large-scale flow of population has become a common phenomenon in China’s social development.With the population alternation,the "new generation" population has little by little become the mainstay of being out and flowing.Relevant experts of the China Federation of Trade Unions pointed out that they changed their occupations more often and frequent career changes have not improved their career level.With the change of employment location,implementation of city and countryside expansion and Rural Revitalization Strategy,their employment location also has a variety of choices.Career mobility is inseparable from the promotion of various "capital".It is of great significance to explore the impact of capital endowment on the career mobility of the new generation of farmers,select the appropriate "capital" investment mode,establish a multi-dimensional employment assistance system and guide the rational and orderly mobility of the new generation of farmers on the basis of grasping the law of their career mobility.This paper studies the impact of capital endowment on the occupational mobility of the new generation of farmers.Firstly,spicilegium and carding will be bound up with documents,and delimit the notion and theory and make a statistical analysis on the current situation of occupational mobility and capital endowment of the new generation of farmers by collecting the relevant data of the new generation of employment;Secondly,using the data obtained from field research in many regions of Hebei Province and using the cross analysis method,this paper preliminarily explores the impact of capital endowment on the frequency,direction and urban-rural mobility of occupational mobility;Finally,this paper constructs the binary logistic model of the frequency of occupational mobility of the new generation of farmers,and the disordered multi classification model of occupational mobility direction and employment urban-rural mobility,and explicates the concrete effect of capital endowment on the frequency,direction and employment urban-rural mobility of the new generation of farmers from an empirical perspective.The results show that human capital(education,vocational training)and material capital have a negative impact on the frequency of occupational mobility of the new generation of farmers.In the direction of career mobility,downward mobility as the upward mobility reference group,human capital(education level,vocational training)and social capital(social network relationship quality)have a positive impact on their career upward mobility,monthly income level in financial capital has a positive impact on their career upward mobility,and family borrowing difficulties from financial institutions have a negative impact on their career upward mobility.In the urban-rural mobility,as the urbanrural reference group,human capital(education level)and financial capital(monthly income)have a negative impact on urban-rural mobility;As a rural-urban reference group,human capital(education level)has a negative impact on rural-urban mobility;City City as the rural rural reference group,social capital(social relationship network quality)has a positive impact on its rural rural mobility,and banking capital(monthly gaining)has a negative effect on its rural rural going from place to place.According to the research conclusion,the thesis advances some steps from four points of view:raising human capital,broadening social capital,enhancing financial capital and improving material capital.The innovation of this paper is to explore the impact of human capital,social capital,financial capital,material capital and natural capital on the occupational mobility of the new generation of farmers;from the perspective of job mobility,this paper discusses the impact of capital endowment on the urban-rural mobility of the new generation of farmers. |
