Migrant workers play an important role in the process of China’s reform and opening up,industrialization,urban construction modernization,and socialist modernization.The quality and level of employment of migrant workers are directly related to the overall economic balance and rapid development of the entire society.It is related to the happiness and stability of the entire rural population and even the entire society.Moreover,with the progress and replacement of generations of young migrant workers,a new generation of young migrant workers has formed.They generally refer to the Chinese population who were born in 1980 and later and went to work in urban areas but still preserved.Their rural household registration,although their household registration is in the countryside,they have basically no experience in agriculture and production.Compared with the previous generation of migrant workers,they have received more education in higher education,and they will go to the city to find themselves as adults.Some scholars in my country refer to them as the new generation of migrant workers.At present,the new generation of migrant workers is now gradually becoming the spiritual pillar of our country’s migrant workers,which is of increasing importance to the society as a whole and the society and economy of all countries in the world.With the increase in the number of new-generation migrant workers in my country,the employment rate is not optimistic,and the quality of employment has not been improved accordingly.Many new-generation migrant workers are still waiting for work at home,even if they find temporary jobs in the city,they cannot afford it.To safeguard.The employment situation of the new generation of migrant workers is still a hot topic of general concern and attention in our society.Many experts and scholars have devoted themselves to in-depth research on the employment situation of migrant workers in our country.The number of employed people is important,and it is meaningless without quality.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the employment situation and development issues of the new generation of migrant workers in our country.In-depth research on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers can not only understand the actual living conditions of the new generation of migrant workers in my country,but also help to discover their existing problems,so as to propose corresponding measures to improve the quality of employment services for the new generation of migrant workers.Suggest.This article first defines some basic concepts about the employment quality of the new generation of Chinese migrant workers by consulting related literature.Based on a large number of literature reviews and theoretical analysis,according to some individuals in the 2016 China Labor Force Dynamics Survey Statistical Database(CLDS)The questionnaire data constructs an evaluation mechanism system for the employment quality of the new generation of Chinese migrant workers;secondly,based on the comprehensive evaluation system,it analyzes the four types of human capital,social capital,financial capital and physical capital from the perspective of capital endowment.The direct impact of the main factors on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers in China,and the mutual influence between the four main factors,suggest that the higher the level of human capital in the employment of the new generation of migrant workers,the better the employment quality.Research hypotheses,construct the reflective model of the PLS-SEM structural equation model,calculate and analyze the impact of the four factors on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers and their impact paths,and the research finds:(1)Capital endowments such as human capital,social capital,physical capital,and financial capital have a significant impact on the promotion of the quality of basic employment services for the new generation of migrant workers,and their total impact effects are 0.331,0.349,0.313 and 0.156 respectively;(2)Financial capital often plays an obvious indirect intermediary role in the relationship between human capital and human capital and how these new generations of employed migrant workers can improve their employability and quality.Both human capital and social capital believe that it can be through Indirectly affects financial capital and thus directly affects and is directly affected by the new generation of employed migrant workers on improving the quality of employability.Based on the above research conclusions,from the four perspectives of capital endowments,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers:(1)Strengthen the construction of social capital and strengthen social relations.(2)Significantly increase direct investment in human capital.(3)Further strengthen the decision-making supervision of the people’s government and improve the basic social security management system.(4)Accelerate the establishment of a sound increase in basic wages and a long-term guarantee mechanism for cost payment.
