This paper is a theoretical and empirical study on the effect of farmers' own endowment on their intention to transfer employment.The main aspects of this paper are based on the following two points: on the one hand,the transfer of employment in employment is a hot spot and key issue in the current social and economic development.The 19 th transfer employment report to include them in "developing rural industry,broaden the channels of increasing farmers' income",at the same time as an important development idea,clearly put forward to improve the transfer of employment service,the social security system and people's income level,realize the transfer of high quality and full employment,provide a full range of public employment services.In2020,the government work report of the two sessions of the autonomous region proposed to vigorously develop intensive industries,focusing on the secondary and tertiary industries,and improve the quality of rural migrant employment through multiple channels.On the other hand,it is of great practical significance to promote farmers' transfer employment.According to the statistical yearbook of xinjiang in 2017,the total number of people employed in hotan accounted for about 4.1 percent of the total number of people employed in xinjiang,and the total rural population accounted for about 16.3 percent of the total rural population in xinjiang.We will pay close attention to the problem of farmers' transfer and employment in hetian,xinjiang,so as to increase the transfer employment rate of farmers,help solve the problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers,promote the integration of urban and rural areas,and promote social harmony and stability.Research structure: firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on factors affecting farmers' transfer and employment are sorted out and summarized.Then,the research ideas and methods of this paper are clarified,and the research content and the basic framework of this paper are sorted out clearly.Secondly,based on the theories of rural labor transfer and employment,capital endowment,the core concepts are defined to clarify the research basis of this paper,and the main theories involved,including rural labor transfer theory and maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,are reviewed and used for reference.Thirdly,based on 546 field survey data of hetian in xinjiang,the author used descriptive statistical analysis method to analyze the connotation and characteristics of the endowment of hetian farmers in xinjiang.Then,through the empirical analysis results,the binary Logistic regression model examines the actual impact of farmers' capital endowment on their willingness to transfer employment.Then,the evaluation system affecting the transfer employment is selected to analyze the problems existing in the transfer employment of farmers in hetian,xinjiang.Finally,according to the research conclusion,mainly from the possible problems were perfect and according to the existing policy,and from the human capital,social capital,financial capital and natural capital and resources endowment improve perspective,put forward the policy Suggestions to promote the farmers transfer employment promotion,and on this basis,the summary research,the research prospects are put forward.The research conclusions mainly include the following three points :(1)in terms of capital endowment,the cultural level,technical training and intensive social circle of farmers in hetian in xinjiang need to be improved,and it is difficult for farmers to borrow money from financial institutions.They mostly rely on relatives and friends for borrowing,and lack of financial capital.(2)human capital,social capital,financial capital,natural capital and other capital endowments have a significant impact on farmers' transfer employment.Specifically,gender,physical condition,rural industry,marital status,training days,such as human capital index,for visiting friends and relatives number,contact number and the number of urban hukou relatives and friends often index,social capital and financial capital,such as income,degree of difficulty of borrowing indicators,working place,arable land area and the living conditions and it was significantly positively related to transfer of industry,age,culture level,friends trust,total loans and living area and the transfer of employment has significant negative correlation.Based on the above research conclusions,the situation of farmers' transfer and employment is related to whether xinjiang hetian can form a new socialist countryside construction,and whether xinjiang hetian regional economy can develop rapidly.The necessary condition and law of social economy is the transfer of farmers,which will eventually affect the development and modernization of hetian in Xinjiang. |
