| The contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development is growing day by day.In the field of preschool education,more and more people have an increasing demand for high-quality kindergartens.This gave birth to a number of international kindergartens in Suzhou.These kindergartens generally attract students with "high tuition fees","characteristic education","internationalization".Taking the kindergartens under s international school group as a microcosm,this paper aims to explore the current educational quality of international kindergartens,their similarities and differences with public high-quality kindergartens in the field of educational quality,and on this basis,to explore the path to improve the quality of international kindergartens.This study will help to improve the level of kindergarten education quality,and give corresponding inspiration to other similar kindergartens.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes explaining the reason for choosing the topic and the research background,explaining the significance of the research,summarizing the relevant literature,defining the core concepts,explaining the research ideas and research design,and explaining the research objects and research methods.The second chapter mainly discusses the evolution of the educational quality of international kindergartens.Taking the three kindergartens under s International School kindergarten group at different stages of development as a case study,the author analyzes the educational quality of the three international kindergartens under s international school group at different stages of development by using the methods of observation,interview and literature.In the third chapter,through the qualitative analysis of the interview records,combined with the grounded theory,three codes are formed to understand the current situation of international kindergarten education quality through interview research.Through interviews with different groups of the three international kindergartens,we can understand the satisfaction of different subjects with the quality of kindergarten education,and clarify the "subjective quality"views-of-different-subjects of international kindergartens by focusing on the type of school running,school running time,school running scale,nursing and education team,curriculum management and curriculum implementation,teacher status and teacher construction,etc,Explore the constraints encountered in the improvement of education quality,seek ways and strategies to improve education quality,and support the development of this study.The fourth chapter selects a public group kindergarten with the same scale as s International School kindergarten in the same region,and discusses the similarities and differences between international kindergartens and public kindergartens.The study found that international kindergartens and public kindergartens generally attach importance to teachers’ qualifications and quality,and ensure teachers’treatment;Attach importance to safety education;We attach importance to the spirit of"game",but lack of full understanding and control of the substantive significance of the curriculum.The main differences between the two are different policy support,different teacher recruitment requirements,different parents’ needs for education,and different emphasis on curriculum content.Based on the observations and interviews in chapter two,three and four,the fifth chapter mainly discusses the main problems in the educational quality of international kindergartens,including environmental creation,one-day life organization activities,game support and guidance,curriculum and teaching activities,multi-party interpersonal activities,and discusses the specific manifestations and related main reasons of these problems.The sixth chapter puts forward the idea of improving the education quality of international kindergartens,and puts forward the improvement strategies of the education quality of international kindergartens from the government,education departments,kindergartens and other aspects.On the basis of the above research,international kindergarten is a kind of preschool education institution which is welcomed and accepted to a certain extent in cities,especially in cities with high economic development level;The educational process of international kindergartens has its own characteristics,including higher fees,mainly relying on its own existence and development;International kindergartens pay more attention to the construction of educational environment and expect to practice their own or foreign advanced kindergartens’ educational ideas;The curriculum of international kindergartens has distinctive characteristics,which is mainly related to the concept of pursuing small classes and elite chemistry.International kindergartens also face some problems in the development and improvement of education quality,mainly including financial difficulties and unfavorable policies,teachers’ problems and administrative problems;In terms of ways to improve the quality of education,principals,principals and managers should play an important role,pay attention to the multi-dimensional connection of international kindergartens,improve the level of nursing and teaching staff,and adopt the survival and development mode of "holding together for warmth".Although international kindergartens have been affirmed and accepted to a certain extent,there are still some practical problems in the development process:first,the children’s environment needs to be improved.Second,the arrangement of daily activities needs to be enriched.Third,children’s play activities need to be optimized.Fourth,the process of teaching activities needs to be improved.Fifth,the main interpersonal interaction needs to be improved.The main improvement path or strategy is to implement the relevant responsibilities of all parties,pay close attention to quality construction,and create an atmosphere of collaborative improvement of education quality. |
