The kindergarten office park conditions mainly refers to the material conditions of the kindergarten, staff conditions of kindergarten, kindergarten management. A good and appropriate conditions can promote the development of children’s physical and mental, It is beneficial to the expansion of early childhood education activities. The development of rural pre-school education is the most important in pre-school career, the development of rural pre-school has large senses. The demand of rural pre-school education is larger, but less corresponding to rural public kindergartens resources can not meet this demand, for many rural families the kindergarten came into being, and generally exists in the rural village, the rural households kindergarten has an important contribution to the development of rural preschool education. However, for various reasons, the the rural households nursery office park conditions exist some problems, does not meet the needs of young children physical and mental development. This study around the quality of conditions in the rural family kindergarten, using purposive sampling method to select the three rural family kindergarten case, deep the kindergarten, using these methods,such as:investigation, observation, interviews, etc., From the three aspects of the material conditions, conditions of personnel, management conditions detailed the case study. This study mainly includes three parts:research results and analysis of the quality of rural households kindergarten office park conditions, resulting in rural households kindergarten Park Conditions quality problems, the quality of park conditions to improve rural family-kindergarten.The results of the study show that:in the the kindergarten material conditions, kindergartens site more reasonable, no special classroom outdoor play areas, has plenty of outdoor activities areas, the site is relatively flat, clean, but greening rate is not enough; basic enough of indoor activity area per capita, unreasonable size of tables and chairs,blackboard is not suitable for young children to use and operation and so on. Staff conditions, teachers have low cultural level, teacher-child ratios are too low, teachers are relatively stable, there is a strong demand for professional development in kindergarten teachers, teachers have correct educational philosophy but do difficulty and so on. Kindergarten management, the kindergarten direction is reasonable,but the kindergarten funding sources are single,the security management is extremely heavy, the formulation of the rules and regulations of the kindergarten are formality, teachers employ casually have no specific provisions and requirements, the external evaluation criteria is the main basis of teacher evaluation, the cooperation between family and kindergarten is random.According to the results of the study, this study suggests that the cause of the problem:principals and parents lack of knowledge of the importance of the office park conditions, upper education management sector supervisions and guidances have a serious shortage, lack of funds and so on.According to the current rural family kindergarten office park conditions exist, from rural family kindergartens, parents, government, having the following countermeasures and suggestions:to improve the understanding of the principals of the value of their roles on the principal of specialized business guidance and training; strengthening various kindergarten between communication and exchange, well parents communicate, to play the role of parental support; strengthen supervision of the administrative departments of education and help,strengthen on the publicity and education of the importance of the kindergarten conditions,increase the financial and so on.
