The Current Situation Of College Students’ Labor Concept In The New Era And Its Educational Countermeasures

The people make history,labor creates the future.Labor is the fundamental force that promotes the progress of human society.General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that "labor is the essential activity of mankind,and the glory of labor and the greatness of creation are important interpretations of the laws governing the progress of human civilization." As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,labor still plays a fundamental role in advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Labor view refers to people’s basic attitudes and viewpoints towards labor.In the new era,college students are independent,open-minded and receptive.Generally speaking,their view on labor is positive.However,we should also see that among college students,such unhealthy phenomena as weak labor consciousness,labor value orientation tends to be utilitarian,contempt for physical labor,and unearned gains still exist.Therefore,it is of great significance for young students to play the role of fresh force and commando force in the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to study the labor view of college students in the new era and discuss how to strengthen the education of Marxist labor view of college students in the new era.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,problem-oriented method,theory with practice and other research methods.On the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing the research results of labor outlook at home and abroad,this paper selects five college students to conduct a sampling questionnaire survey.It finds that there are many problems in the current college students’ labor concept,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes of these problems Analysis of the system.Finally,on this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the education of College Students’ labor outlook in the new era.First of all,the status quo of College Students’ labor concept is investigated.A questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation of College Students’ labor outlook,and a sample survey was conducted among five college students.The survey results show that,in the new era,college students’ labor outlook is positive on the whole,but some college students still have some problems,such as weak consciousness of labor,utilitarian orientation of labor value,low recognition of physical labor,widespread psychology of gaining without work,and lack of awareness of labor rights and obligations.Secondly,this paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the causes of the problems in college students’ labor outlook,and points out that some college students have not yet formed a correct labor concept due to the inadequate education of labor outlook in the new era,the influence of social wrong labor concept,the misleading phenomenon of unfair labor distribution,and the insufficient connection between family labor concept education and school.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the education of College Students’ labor outlook in the new era.This paper mainly puts forward educational countermeasures from four aspects: strengthening the key role of Ideological and political theory course education of labor outlook,giving full play to the educational role of "curriculum ideological and political" to college students’ labor outlook,giving play to the ontological function of College Students’ labor view education,and creating an educational environment that respects labor and loves labor,so as to educate and guide college students to establish a correct labor outlook.
