Vocational education society transports a large number of skilled talents and promotes the development of all walks of life.Technical education is an important part of vocational education.Due to the particularity of education objects and social status,teachers in technical colleges are prone to job burnout,which has adverse effects on teachers themselves,student groups,school management and all the society.In order to understand the current situation of job burnout of teachers in technical colleges,try to find out targeted countermeasures and measures to alleviate the job burnout of teachers in technical colleges.On the basis of literature research,this paper takes teachers of technical colleges in Guangdong Province as the research object,and through empirical research,investigates the current situation of job burnout,explores the relationship between teachers’ organizational support,work pressure and job burnout in technical colleges and establishes a model.From the perspective of public management,this paper puts forward highly executable and targeted mitigation countermeasures and suggestions for the management of technical colleges,and strives to alleviate the job burnout of 139 technical colleges in Guangdong Province.The results are as followed.Firstly,there are significant differences in departmental demographic variables among teachers’ burnout,organizational support,and work pressure in Guangdong technical colleges;Secondly,there is a negative correlation between organizational support and job burnout,a negative correlation between organizational support and job stress,and a positive correlation between job stress and job burnout;Thirdly,job support will have a significant negative impact on the total score and the three dimensions of job burnout,and role cognitive pressure will have a significant positive impact on the total score and the three dimensions of job burnout.Concern will have a significant negative impact on the total score of work stress and career development pressure,organizational mechanism and organizational style pressure of work stress;Fourthly,the sense of organizational support has no moderating effect on the relationship between work stress and job burnout.Value identification has a moderating effect on the relationship between work stress and low sense of achievement.Recommendations: Firstly,attach importance to and pay attention to teacher burnout,and incorporate alleviation of teacher burnout into human resource management;Secondly,establish a post manual for teachers in technical colleges,and scientifically define the work of teachers;Thirdly,improve the assessment system and improve work support;Fourthly,design a reasonable salary and welfare system to improve internal and external fairness;Fifthly,attach importance to teacher care and introduce teacher assistance programs;Finally,attach importance to professional skills training and give technical college teachers better room for promotion and development. |
