Teachers are responsible for the great responsibility of teaching and educating people.Their work enthusiasm and work initiative directly affect the quality of personnel training.Whether it is from personal responsibilities or social expectations,they all need to invest more emotions and energy,it is easy to generate job burnout under such pressure.It is precisely because of the particularity of teachers'profession responsibilities that job burnout should be given more attention.How to adjust the pressure is very important.Facing stress in a positive way will turn pressure into motivation,fully stimulate work enthusiasm and initiative,ease the negative emotions in the work,and reduce the burnout behavior at work.Conversely,facing work pressure in a negative style will not only fail to solve the problem,but will increase negative emotions and increase job burnout.So,there is a close relationship between coping style of job stress and job burnout.On previous studies,the study of work stress coping styles and job burnout has been the focus of scholars' research.Employees want to change job burnout behavior In addition to coping styles,the external environment "assistance",that is,organization support is also indispensable.The employees need the support of the organization to enhance their work.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the relationship between college teachers' work stress coping style and job burnout,and uses organizational support as a moderating variable.In terms of research methods,this article mainly adopts literature research and empirical analysis.First,the author collate the related theories of work stress coping style,job burnout and organizational support;secondly,the author analyze the relationship between work stress coping styles,job burnout,and organizational support based on a review of theoretical research,and proposes research models and research hypotheses.This study uses a revised questionnaire based on a mature questionnaire.Taking the university teachers in Beijing and Northeast China as the research subjects,this study explores the relationship between university teachers' work stress coping style and job burnout,and the moderating effect of organizational supports.Results of this paper:Positive work stress coping style has a significant negative effect on emotional exhaustion,dehumanization,and low-achieving sense in job burnout.The negative work stress coping style has a significant positive effect on emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low achievement.Organizational supports played a regulating role in regulating the relationship between work stress coping style and job burnout.
