As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,college students who are the new generation of the times should consciously assume the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Since the National Education Conference in 2018 clearly put forward the requirement of cultivating socialist builders and successors who develop morally,intellectually,physically,socially and aesthetically,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have made a comprehensive and in-depth elaboration and deployment of labor education in the new era,and the Ministry of Education has formulated a guideline outline for labor education in schools.To strengthen labor education for college students in the new era,promote the spirit of labor and establish a correct concept of labor,is the right thing to build an education system of comprehensive cultivation of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor,and form a higher level of talent cultivation system.However,during the period of rapid economic and social development and transformation in China,some college students are influenced by bad thoughts and wrong values,and they are always in pursuit of enjoyment,which has given rise to a series of social problems.Therefore,how to carry out scientific and effective education on labor concept for college students in the new era has become a topic we must face and study.This paper takes labor concept education as the research theme,takes Marxist labor concept as the guidance,takes new-age college students as the research object,uses the empirical research method,grasps the current situation of labor concept education of college students through questionnaires,on the basis of comprehensively sorting out the problems of labor concept education,analyzes the causes of the problems in depth,combines the characteristics of the growth of new-age college students and the law of ideological and political education,and takes the four dimensions of society,school,family and college students themselves.The thesis is divided into four parts: Part I,Part II and Part III.The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the origin of the thesis,the significance of the research,the review of domestic and foreign researches,the research plan and methods;the second part is the theoretical exposition of labor concept education,which involves the concept analysis of labor and labor education,labor concept and labor concept education,the theoretical and practical bases of labor concept education for college students in the new era,and the main contents of labor concept education for college students in the new era.The third part is a questionnaire survey and analysis of causes,which shows that the current situation of labor concept education of college students in the new era is reflected in both positive and negative aspects,and the reasons for the problems are mainly the influence of bad social culture,insufficient attention of schools,deviation of family labor concept education concept and biased understanding of labor among college students;the fourth part is the consideration of countermeasures for labor concept education of college students in the new era.By taking such initiatives as giving play to the supporting role of social labor concept education,strengthening the leading role of labor concept education in colleges and universities,laying the foundation role of family labor concept education and improving the awareness of labor concept education among college students themselves,various effective resources are integrated to enhance the effectiveness of labor concept education for college students in the new era.
