How to organically combine the promotion of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation with the strengthening of the rule of law education for middle school students has always been a topic that education departments and educators at all levels are keen to discuss.The junior middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law" course plays a vital role in inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and carrying forward the spirit of socialist rule of law,and a large number of detailed and profound stories are recorded in the pre-Qin legalist work "Guanzi",which not only contain rich moral concepts such as "etiquette","righteousness","honesty" and "shame",but also contain scientific rule of law concepts such as "there is a way to live","the law is established and ordered","impartiality and selflessness",and more pioneeringly combine "rule by virtue" with "rule of law".It helped the State of Qi achieve a great situation of cultural prosperity,social stability,and domination of the Central Plains.On the basis of combing a large number of connotations of the ethics and rule of law concept of "Guan Zi" and collecting the materials of the "Guan Zi" morality and rule of law story,the author will comprehensively use literature research,interviews and other methods to study the integration point,conceptual similarity and goal promotion effect of the "Guan Zi" story and the junior middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law" in the course content,and propose the practical significance of applying the "Guanzi" story to the teaching of the junior middle school "Ethics and Rule of Law" course,including the enrichment of classroom teaching story resources.Improve the effectiveness of students’ learning and teachers’ story teaching ability,etc.;and use comparative experiments,questionnaire surveys and other methods to test and demonstrate,evaluate the story teaching method,especially the effectiveness and shortcomings of the "Guanzi" story teaching method on the teaching of the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior middle schools,design and improve the pre-class preparation,classroom application,and after-class consolidation in a targeted manner,and strive to provide " Guanzi " story materials for the topic of inheriting the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and strengthening the rule of law education of middle school students.Reference and reference value of story teaching methods and other aspects.
