Social Work Intervention Research In Community Service

Community is the most basic content of social organism and the epitome of macro society.Especially after the reform and opening up,the government has introduced many policies to promote the development of community services,and community services are gradually improved under the promotion of the government.But at the same time,there are still some problems in community service,such as the low participation of residents and the mismatch between community service and residents’ needs.This study by L community of municipal solid waste project as a case study of the social work intervention in community services,through the social work of collecting data,understand the current shenzhen L the plight of the community in the garbage classification including the consciousness of the residents as well as residents of line power is not strong,weak garbage classification knowledge,inadequate garbage classification and community supervision and management system,etc.In view of the above problems in community service and the specific difficulties in the garbage classification project in community L,social workers formulated project plans based on the regional development model and cognitive behavior theory.First of all,in the early stage of the project,residents’ learning of garbage classification knowledge is mainly promoted;in the middle stage,residents’ participation in garbage classification is deepened;in the later stage of the project,habit formation is promoted through punching in.With the help of this project scheme,the dilemma of garbage classification in L community can be effectively solved to some extent,more residents can participate in learning garbage classification knowledge,and community residents can clearly classify garbage in daily life,promote the formation of garbage classification habit,and help the development of community environmental construction.Second,according to the analysis of social work intervention in community service project in the process of role as well as the limitations of face,found in social work intervention in community service with innovative community service way,links to resources,hatching effect such as social organizations,and explore the social work in the face weak professional services,social work services of supply and demand imbalances and other issues.Finally,this paper puts forward some exploratory suggestions for social work to intervene in community service:to understand the nature of community,service strategies are flexible and diverse.
