| Innovation and entrepreneurship activities have been a vital engine for advancing my country’s economic development in recent years, greatly stimulating college students’ decision to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors and attracting significant attention from governments and universities around the world. However, some surveys and studies have revealed that there are still issues with college students’ entrepreneurship, such as low success rates.Entrepreneurship education is extremely important for promoting college students’ entrepreneurship as a key instrument for advancing college education reform, but the empirical research on entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial behavior needs to be studied further. As a consequence, this study develops a model of the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial behavior and reveals the influence mechanism from the perspective of entrepreneurship education, which will provide theoretical and practical assistance for colleges and universities in providing better entrepreneurship education to college students.Based on related theories such as entrepreneurship education theory, planned behavior theory, and ternary interaction theory, this paper extracts the key factors in the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial behavior, namely entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial consciousness, and entrepreneurial intention, and defines the concept and dimensional division. The five variables in this paper are integrated to construct the structural equation model and the research hypothesis framework for the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial behavior are put forward, based on previous research on the interaction between variables and related models. Then a questionnaire on "The Impact of College Entrepreneurship Education on College Students’ Entrepreneurial Behavior" has been compiled on the basis of theoretical analysis, research models and hypothesis, using college students as survey objects and referring to mature scales, and valid sample data are distributed and recovered on the basis of pre-testing.Then,using SPPS25.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical analysis software, utilize descriptive statistical analysis,one-way analysis of variance, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model test to empirically assess the study hypothesis. Finally, the research conclusions are drawn based on the findings of the empirical analysis: average entrepreneurial behavior of students who have served as student leaders, participated in entrepreneurial competitions, and have entrepreneurial experience in their families is significantly higher than other students;Entrepreneurial education can have an indirect impact on entrepreneurial behavior by boosting entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial consciousness, and entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurship education can improve individual entrepreneurial ability and consciousness, which can subsequently influence individuals’ entrepreneurial intentions, and last promote the emergence of entrepreneurial activity. The study’s findings illuminate entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should not only focus on increasing college students’ entrepreneurial abilities, but also on cultivating their entrepreneurial consciousness and intention. In addition, schools should create more student cadre jobs to allow more students to participate in physical activity,as well as encourage college students to participate in entrepreneurship competitions to help them prepare for entrepreneurship. |
