Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Education In Higher Vocational Colleges On College Students’ Entrepreneurial Behavior

In recent years,the number of graduates from higher vocational colleges in my country has shown a trend of rapid growth.How to effectively solve the problem of college students’ employment has become a common concern of the government and society.Guiding and supporting college students in higher vocational colleges to participate in entrepreneurial activities is to solve the problem of college students’ employment.one of the important ways.Vocational colleges are the main venues for cultivating technical talents,and entrepreneurship education plays an irreplaceable role in promoting college students’ entrepreneurial activities.Therefore,an in-depth study of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial education in higher vocational colleges on college students’ entrepreneurial behavior has a strong positive effect on improving college students’ entrepreneurial activities.This paper firstly sorts out the literature on the theoretical basis of planned behavior theory,social cognition theory,educational input and output theory,and variables such as entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial behavior,and deeply analyzes the relationship between factors such as entrepreneurial education in higher vocational colleges and college students’ entrepreneurial behavior.The relationship between entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial confidence and entrepreneurial willingness is introduced to construct a factor model that affects the entrepreneurial behavior of college students in higher vocational colleges and put forward corresponding research hypotheses.Based on this,the questionnaire survey method was used to collect 532 valid questionnaires of college students from five higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province.Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation tests were performed on valid data to verify theoretical models and research hypotheses.research shows:（1）The entrepreneurial intention has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.The stronger the entrepreneurial willingness,the better the entrepreneurial behavior;（2）Entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial confidence have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial confidence indirectly and positively affect the entrepreneurial behavior of college students through entrepreneurial willingness;（3）Entrepreneurial courses,faculty,entrepreneurial practice,and social services have a significant positive impact on college students’ entrepreneurial ability,and these four factors will indirectly and positively affect college students’ entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial willingness;（4）The influence of cultural atmosphere on entrepreneurial ability is not significant;（5）Entrepreneurial courses,teaching staff,entrepreneurial practice,entrepreneurial support,and cultural atmosphere have a significant positive impact on college students’ entrepreneurial confidence,and these five factors will indirectly and positively affect college students’ entrepreneurial behavior through entrepreneurial confidence and entrepreneurial willingness.Based on the analysis of the research results,the above factors can directly or indirectly affect the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.This suggests that entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges should not only focus on the improvement of college students’ entrepreneurial ability to enhance their willingness to transform into actual entrepreneurial behavior,but also focus on cultivating college students’ entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial pride,and strengthen their entrepreneurial beliefs.In addition,we should also pay attention to the quality of entrepreneurship education courses,the construction of teaching staff,the development of entrepreneurial practice,the strength of entrepreneurial support and the creation of entrepreneurial cultural atmosphere.
