Research On The Coordinated Development Of Higher Vocational Education And Innovative Cities

Innovation is the first force driving development and the foundation for building a modern market economy system.Promoting the building of an innovative country is a major strategic measure to serve the overall situation of my country’s socialist modernization drive.As an important basic unit of an innovative country,an innovative city is a gathering point for carrying out innovative activities,and has an important strategic position in the process of building an innovative country.As an education closely related to regional economic development,higher vocational education plays a strong role in promoting innovative cities in terms of providing human capital support,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and driving innovation and entrepreneurship.The reform and development of education has pointed out the goals,and created opportunities for the development of higher vocational education in terms of institutional policies,innovation environment,capital investment,and public opinion guidance.This research takes educational function theory,innovation system theory,human capital theory,and collaborative development theory as the theoretical basis,adopts the principles of combining investigation and analysis,comparative research and comprehensive evaluation,and uses historical document method and case analysis method to sort out higher vocational education.The theoretical logic of coordinated development with innovative cities includes the evaluation index system of innovative cities,the endowment requirements for innovative city development,and the value of higher vocational education in the development of innovative cities.By analyzing the successful practice of higher vocational education and regional coordinated development in developed countries,the practical logic of the coordinated development of higher vocational education and innovative cities is clarified.Higher vocational education helps to promote the development of individuals and helps to build a life-long education system.On this basis,analyze the talent logic of the coordinated development of higher vocational education and innovative cities.From the perspective of time,it is clear that the talent training of higher vocational education should move forward in the logic of the development of the times,and analyze the historical logic of the coordinated development of higher vocational education and innovative cities.Taking Nanjing City,which is rich in science and education resources,as a case,this paper analyzes higher vocational education and innovation from the depth of integration of production and education,whereabouts of vocational college graduates,the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the degree of adaptation of vocational education system and industrial structure.This paper analyzes the current situation of the coordinated development of innovative cities,and summarizes the dilemma of the coordinated development of higher vocational education and innovative cities.At present,the dilemma of the coordinated development of the two is mainly reflected in the dilemma of the value orientation of higher vocational education,the dilemma of the cultivation of skilled talents,the dilemma of the innovation power and the dilemma of the industry-university-research collaboration mechanism.Based on the problems existing in the coordinated development of the two,firstly,a higher vocational-led industry-university-research collaboration mechanism should be constructed.Optimize the organizational form of industry-university-research collaboration,broaden the ways of industry-university-research integration,and improve the external guarantee mechanism for industry-university-research collaboration.Second,deepen the supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education.Improve the vocational education system of innovation and synergy;optimize the internal governance structure and improve the quality of running schools;connect the external educating subjects and integrate scientific and educational resources;optimize the talent training system and create a new highland for "double innovation";adhere to the practice teaching reform,strengthen the spirit of innovation;strengthen "Double division" team building to ensure the quality of personnel training.Finally,strengthen the feedback on higher vocational education from the level of innovative cities.Increase the guidance of public opinion and enhance the value recognition of higher vocational education;innovate talent policies and introduce a "blue-collar plan";increase financial investment,reward the best and help students in need;build an innovative environment,optimize the development space of higher vocational education,and constantly explore higher vocational education A new path for the coordinated development of education and innovative cities.
