The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that the integration of industry and education is not only a basic mode of running vocational education,but also the essential requirement of developing vocational education.Therefore,as a higher vocational school with both higher and vocational attributes,deepening the integration of production and education is the only way to its connotation construction and characteristic development.However,although the country has issued a series of policy documents related to production-education integration at the present stage,the effect of production-education integration in higher vocational schools is not satisfactory.In the process of integration,there are still a series of problems,such as integration but not compatibility,integration but not implementation,not close docking and not lasting cooperation,which cause the production-education integration in higher vocational schools to be superficial.Therefore,how is the production-education integration in higher vocational schools? How to measure the degree of integration has become one of the key problems urgently needed to be solved in the field of education.This study focuses on the construction and verification of the index system of production-education integration in higher vocational schools.First of all,through literature research method,literature review,screen the key factors affecting the integration of production and education development between vocational schools and cooperative enterprises,and complete the preliminary construction of the index system based on the teacher consultation results.Secondly,based on the preliminarily constructed index system,the questionnaire was designed,taking vocational schools and cooperative enterprises as the survey objects,and the software SPSS 21.0 was used to conduct factor analysis on the collected valid questionnaires,so as to finally determine the evaluation index system of production-education integration of vocational schools consisting of 3 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and25 third-level indicators.Thirdly,the weights of indicators at each level were determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and software Yaahp V.12.8.Among them,the empirical results show that the weight of the first-level index from low to high is the effect of production-education integration(0.2842)< input of production-education integration(0.3370)< process of production-education integration(0.3788).Finally,a provincial demonstration higher vocational school in Jiangsu Province is selected,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to verify its evaluation index system,so as to judge whether the integration degree of production and education in the sample colleges is generally consistent with the actual development status,so as to improve the evaluation index system of integration degree of production and education in higher vocational schools and make it an effective evaluation tool.The research shows that the sample colleges are in the basic integration stage at present,and the evaluation result of production-education integration is roughly consistent with the actual development situation.At the same time,it is not difficult to find from the analysis of the results that sample colleges need to further deepen the integration of production and education in the following aspects: first,increase enterprise investment;Second,optimize the teaching staff;The third is to adjust the professional structure and the fourth is to strengthen vocational training.Therefore,based on the theoretical guidance of system theory,stakeholder theory and IPO comment model,the evaluation index system of production-education integration degree of higher vocational schools constructed by this research is reasonable to a certain extent,and has certain guiding significance for the improvement of production-education integration degree of higher vocational schools.
