The talent training mode of integration of production and education is the inevitable requirement of the transformation of China’s social and economic development mode and the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure for Vocational Education in the new period.It is an effective way for Vocational Education to improve the quality of talent training and enhance school running vitality,it’s also an important part of the construction of China’s modern vocational education system.The integration of production and education in vocational education is highly complex,has many participants and involves a wide range,and is affected by many subjects including but not limited to government departments,vocational colleges,industry associations,enterprises,social forces and learners.The process of integration between subjects is within a certain time and space,and interrelate with the internal and external environment,it is a highly complex and open non-linear system.Therefore,from the perspective of ecology,with the help of ecological theory to build the integration ecosystem of production and education,from the height of the overall development of the industry-education integration system,to examine the relevant factors,to build a scientific and harmonious long-term mechanism,to guide all parties to play their advantages,strengthen their duties,and optimize the relationship,has practical significance for the implementation of the integration of production and education idea and the sustainable and healthy development of modern vocational education.Based on stakeholder theory,symbiosis theory,dissipative structure theory and system theory,this thesis investigates the current situation of industry education integration in several representative vocational colleges and enterprises in Hubei Province with the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.Through the analysis of the collected data and first-hand interview data,this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the integration of industry and education in Vocational Education:the government’s guidance and coordination is not enough,and the administrative function is not fully played;there are differences in the governance concepts of relevant parties,lack of internal motivation for sustainable development;the integration of production and education is difficult to deepen,and there are few effective connection points;the interests of relevant subjects have not been effectively matched,etc.To some extent,these problems lead to the short-term,randomness and instability of the integration of production and education,and restrict the development process of the integration of production and education.In view of the obstacles and problems in the deep integration of production and education,this paper constructs the integration ecosystem of production and education based on the ecological theory,and analyzes the characteristics and functions of the industry and education integration ecosystem.On this basis,it constructs the integration ecosystem structure model of production and education,analyzes the main elements,mediator elements,environmental elements and other basic elements,innovates and improves the long-term operation mechanism,such as symbiosis and mutual benefit mechanism,dynamic balance mechanism,information flow mechanism,evaluation feedback mechanism,etc,and analyzes the mechanism of the integration of production and education based on the reasons behind the integration of production and education.Finally,based on the experience of Integration mode of production and education in foreign countries,combined with China’s national conditions,this paper puts forward the construction path of integration ecosystem of production and education,such as optimizing the symbiotic environment,coordinating the concept and objectives,integrating the talent training system,and effectively matching the interests of various subjects in order to help the sustainable development of the integration of production and education in vocational education in the new era through the establishment of a perfect integration ecosystem of production and education. |
