On December 15,2018,in the "Outline of Guizhou Province's Implementation Outline for Promoting Education Modernization and Building a Strong Province with Special Education(2018-2027)",it was pointed out that deepening the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and combination of education and training,improving the diversified school-running pattern and promoting Enterprises are deeply involved in collaborative education,and explore the realization of the connection between academic credentials and professional competence certificates.In order to adapt to the reform and development of China's higher education in the context of the new era,the transition from ordinary undergraduate colleges to applied undergraduate colleges has become a trend.Application-oriented undergraduate colleges have great significance for serving local economic development and cultivating new innovative and practical talents.At the macro level of Guizhou Province,the realization of economic transformation and development,industrial optimization and upgrading,poverty alleviation,and targeted poverty alleviation requires a large number of application-oriented innovative talents.The application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities cultivate application-oriented innovative talents to adapt to the development of the local economy,and the integration of production and education is an inevitable way.The literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method are used to study the general status of the implementation of the integration of production and education in Guizhou Province's applied undergraduate colleges and the development of the integration of production and education in College A.Based on the analysis of the overall status of the integration of production and education in Guizhou Province and the current situation of the development of integration of production and education in College A,it was found that the main problem in the implementation of the integration of production and education in Guizhou Province's applied undergraduates is the weak awareness of universities to actively implement the integration of production and education;The lack of practical exploration in the implementation process of the integration of production and education is insufficient;the lack of resources in the implementation process of the integration of production and education promotes the inadequacy of the colleges and universities and the overall environment of the implementation of theintegration of production and education is not good.According to the problems existing in the implementation of the integration of production and education in Guizhou Province's applied undergraduate colleges,the internal obstacles in the implementation of the integration of production and education are analyzed as the factors of the idea of running a school;the conditions of teaching;the factors of the teacher level and the mechanism of the system.According to the internal obstacles in the implementation process of the integration of production and education in Guizhou Province's applied undergraduate universities,the countermeasures are as follows: guide the establishment of the correct school running philosophy,specifically strengthen government guidance,increase publicity,provide policy support and increase capital investment;optimize teaching Conditional system,specifically with policy support for curriculum development,encouraging colleges and universities to actively participate in curriculum development,establishing an applied curriculum and teaching evaluation system,and constructing a teaching system for cultivating applied talents;seeking new directions for teachers' development,and mainly increasing policies at the national level Support,build a "double-teacher" team at the social level,optimize comprehensive governance at the university level,and seek self-development at the individual level of the teacher;reshape the institutional mechanism,specifically restructuring a reasonable external management structure,the institutionalized development and evaluation mechanism of the internal management structure The perfect establishment.
