On July 24,2021,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education,which proposed that private education enterprises focusing on off-campus training of disciplines should be strictly governed and supervised to standardize their operation.High-quality teacher resources are an important guarantee for the implementation of the “double reduction” policy and the realization of “quality improvement” at the same time of “burden reduction”.A scientific training system can fully excavate and cultivate the teacher resources in private education enterprises,improve their overall educational effectiveness,and lay a foundation for spreading excellent enterprise culture and establishing a good social image.In addition,to achieve the strategic development goals,one of the tasks of private education enterprises is to improve the quality of staff and strengthen the competitive strength of teacher resources through continuous training.Taking A Education Group as an example,this paper combed its staff training system at multiple levels through questionnaire survey,field research and literature analysis,and found the following problems: At present,the enterprise excessively pursues scale effect,blindly expands business fields and neglects staff training and development.This not only leads to the imperfect training system,unreasonable training structure and lack of innovation in training content,but also makes the training needs of teacher-oriented employees unsatisfied and their professional ability and overall quality cannot be effectively improved.Therefore,the problems of the staff training management and optimization of A Education Group need to be solved.Consequently,this paper firstly sorted out and summarized relevant literatures on enterprise staff training and teacher training,and found that: Most scholars at home and abroad have analyzed the staff training of large enterprises in their own research fields,but few have studied the staff training system of the private education industry,especially the lack of literature foundation on the staff training management and optimization of the private education industry under the “double reduction” policy.Secondly,after fully investigating the current situation of A Education Group’s staff training,this paper optimizes the design of its teacher-oriented staff training needs analysis,training plan formulation,training organization and implementation,and training effect evaluation based on the four principles of Strategy,Practicality,Sustainability and Economy.Subsequently,this paper puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from four aspects of System,Organization,Culture and Resources.Finally,through the optimization of A Education Group’s employee training system,this paper helps the company to improve thinking mode,behavior mode and work attitude of employees,promote employees’ self-growth,and organically integrate the development of individuals and enterprises.At the same time,under the policy of “double reduction”,changes in the needs outside the organization,at the organizational level and at the staff level will be fully discovered to meet the needs of knowledge employees to realize their self-value,and training incentive,supervision and feedback mechanisms will be improved to promote the sustainable development of A Education Group.
