Research On The Development Strategy Of A Education Company Under The Background Of "double Reduction"

Education is related to the future development of the motherland and is an important support for the progress of the country.Due to the low access threshold of the education and training industry and the vigorous promotion of the development of education by the state,the scale of the education and training market has expanded rapidly,and adverse phenomena such as low teaching quality,high fees,false publicity and poor service have emerged one after another.This has not only seriously damaged the interests of consumers,but also made the order of the education and training market more chaotic,which is extremely detrimental to the development of the education and training industry.In recent years,the government is continuously reforming and improving the out of school education and training institutions.In 2021,the introduction of the "double reduction" policy further promoted the standardized operation of out of school education and training institutions,but it also directly brought earth shaking changes to the discipline based primary and secondary education and training industry.Many discipline education and training institutions have to choose a long road of transformation,but the road of transformation is full of difficulties.How to smoothly transform enterprises in the chaotic market and achieve their own healthy and sustainable development is a difficult problem that many discipline education and training institutions in primary and secondary schools need to think about and solve.This paper takes A education company as the research object,makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the strategic environment of the enterprise by using the analysis methods and tools related to enterprise strategic management,and formulates the strategic plan,implementation and guarantee measures suitable for the sustainable development of the enterprise.The research process of this paper is as follows.Firstly,the relevant theories of enterprise strategic management are discussed in detail,and the process of strategic management research and the analysis methods and tools used in the research process are defined;Secondly,it makes a detailed analysis of the external macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of A education and training company.On the basis of clarifying the enterprise strategic environment,it uses SWOT analysis model to comprehensively analyze and study the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the internal and external environment of A education company;Thirdly,according to the enterprise mission and strategic objectives,A education company has formulated a development strategy combination based on intensive growth strategy and supplemented by diversification and differentiation strategy;Finally,in order to smoothly realize the strategic objectives of the enterprise,six implementation measures,including strengthening product and service research and development,strengthening brand building,optimizing organizational structure,standardizing internal management system,improving marketing channels and establishing a sound talent mechanism,as well as cultural and financial guarantee measures,are designed.Under the background of the "double reduction" policy and according to the actual situation of A education and training company,this paper formulates a strategic plan suitable for its own development.This strategic research can not only help A education and training company resolve the existing problems and promote its healthy and sustainable development,but also provide certain reference value for education and training companies in the same industry and promote the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of China’s education and training industry.
