Study On The Improvement Of Resilience Of High Economic Pressure Families Under The Intervention Of Case Work In The Epidemic Crisis

The covid-19 pneumonia has caused severe impact on the production and life of residents,the income of residents has been generally impaired,the family economic pressure has increased dramatically,and the family risk has increased.If families under high economic pressure lose support under the epidemic crisis,it will not only affect the quality of life of residents,but also cause personal psychological depression,family tension and more serious social problems.This study mainly uses the method of case work,takes the high economic pressure families in community a of Qingdao as the research object,and improves the resilience level of high economic pressure families by providing professional social work services.Firstly,through the opportunity of professional practice,the researcher selected the high economic pressure families with low resilience as the object of case service.The intervention of case work follows the general service process.Through the results of the meeting and interview,the structural map and family ecosystem map of families with high economic pressure are drawn,and the advantageous resources of the target families are observed and excavated to prepare for the formulation of service plans.Then,according to the specific needs of families,this study designs a work plan with Walsh’s general family resilience model as the practical framework,and transforms the key process of improving family resilience into strengthening family belief system,improving family communication process and improving family organization model.These three levels can help family functions to be brought into full play effectively.In the belief system,we should recognize the unreasonable understanding,rebuild the positive belief system of the family,and enhance the confidence and spirit of the family;The family organization mode determines the cohesion of the family.Improving the family communication process can promote the benign interaction of family members,and the three levels can jointly improve the resilience of the family.After comprehensively using different evaluation methods to evaluate the results of the case process,it is found that after the case intervention,the resilience of the case owner’s family has been significantly improved,the case owner’s self belief and change motivation have become more positive,the family atmosphere has become more harmonious,and the degree of personal self-efficacy and family members’ identity have gradually improved.Finally,the researcher analyzes and reflects on the theoretical guidance adopted in the case process,the intervention methods,intervention strategies and practical models of the practical process.
