The Research On Case Work In Improving The Family Resilience Of Single Mothers Family

As the change of family structure,single mother families the proportion gradually increased,for various reasons,raise children of single mothers in this social role group has gradually expanded.With the trend of urbanization strengthened,there have been many changes in the economic structure of the city,many vulnerable single mother families face enormous pressure of social life and spirit.The social work is a kind of occupation,helping service activities of professional,social work in single mother families can help them overcome the difficulties and relieve stress,enhance resistance force and resilience of the family's,play family function,strengthen the family overall development ability,so as to produce a positive role.This study has strong practicality,research method mainly adopts the literature research method,interview method and case study method.The author is mainly through practical action to explore how to help single mother family social work face multiple pressures.Social workers use case work method,service object system with single mother families vulnerable for,in order to enhance the family the resilience for the final target.Because of particularity and complexity of the case,the social mode of social work integration perspective,comprehensive analysis on family resilience and social ecological system under the guidance of the treatment model,structure model of family therapy combined with family therapy model of the main concepts,combined with the reality of resource to assist the service object challenge in the face of adversity,change and growth,strengthen the family resilience.The key part of this paper is the key to enhance the process of case work in single mother families in the implementation phase of resilience,which is based on the famous scholar Froma Walsh family art force in the implementation stage of the architecture:in execution phase one,a social worker in the implementation stage,with the family belief system as the theme,the main idea of combining the treatment mode,and explore the potential advantages of service object,family guide members build a common positive beliefs in the face of adversity.In the execution phase two,social workers to family organization mode as the theme,combined with the concept of structural family therapy model,to assist the service object to understand family structure and family work in predicament To improve the stability and cohesion of the family,strengthen family ties with family support,to face the difficulties in the implementation stage.In execution phase three,social workers in family communication process as the theme,combined with the important concept combined with family therapy model,promote the service object to strengthen the understanding of family members especially for children with autism to understand,difficult understanding and understanding of the family,the integration of various resources,increase social support,enhance family resilience,enhance their ability to cope with the challenges of the future.Finally,by evaluating the social case work practice,combined with the relevant scale before and after the test,that case service good results.Social workers pay attention to summarize and reflection,focus on the integration of personal ability and family ability,to enhance the resilience of single mother families and continue to explore.
