Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous deepening of the reform of basic education,the creation of teaching models with teachers as the main body emerge one after another,but most of the current teaching model research focuses on the introduction and theoretical interpretation of the teaching model itself,while there is less process research on the dynamic generation of teaching model creation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the process of teachers’ creation of teaching mode,so as to provide reference for front-line teachers to try to create teaching mode and try teaching reform.This study takes teacher Z of J primary school in Shinan District of Qingdao as a case,and systematically combs the whole process of teacher Z’s creation of teaching mode through interview,observation and other methods.On this basis,deeply excavate the factors affecting its creation,build a general theoretical model combined with the creation process,and put forward relevant suggestions.Firstly,based on the methodology of case study,according to the time dimension and the overall stage of the case,this study divides the process of teacher Z’s teaching model creation into five stages: the foundation stage of teaching model creation,the preliminary exploration stage of teaching model creation,the exploration and practice stage of clear teaching model,the exploration and innovation stage of conscious teaching model,and the improvement and promotion stage of teaching model.Secondly,based on A.Glatthorn’s theory of influencing factors of teacher development,this paper makes a case analysis and finds that the creation of teacher teaching model is jointly affected by internal and external factors.The internal influencing factors are the endogenous driving force of the creation of teaching mode,including firm educational belief,strong awareness of independent professional development,rich professional knowledge and good professional habits;The external influencing factors provide important support and material guarantee for the creation of teaching model,including school level support,regional level drive,topic level drive,important others’ guidance and key events.The leading factors affecting the creation of teachers’ teaching mode in all links are constantly changing.Finally,combined with the theory of teachers’ career development,this paper constructs a general theoretical model of the creation of teachers’ teaching mode by integrating the creation links and influencing factors.Based on the theoretical model,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote teachers’ efficient and high-quality creative teaching mode:endogenous promotion strategies include establishing firm educational faith,adhering to the original intention of education and improving reform enthusiasm;Advocate teachers’ independent development,encourage reform and promote the sustainable development of ability;Enhance the awareness and ability of scientific research and promote the formation of scientific research teachers.External promotion incentive strategies include increasing school support,carrying out expert guidance and giving full play to the promotion role of relevant social forces.
