Research On Prevention Strategies Of Juvenile Delinquency Involving Police Social Workers From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

With the further development of economy and society,the inducements to commit crimes are increasing.At present,the juvenile delinquency in China presents new characteristics,such as young age,diversification and group.The police system in the youth the front end of the official offence behavior intervention mechanism,compared with foreign mature perfect juvenile policing mechanism has been established,prevent teenagers crime wrong behavior of police work in our country is still in its infancy,lack of professional guidance,in violation of teenagers for the average teenager groups lack basic preventive education.With the newly revised "of the People’s Republic of China on prevention of juvenile delinquency" proposed by the state shall encourage social work service to participate in the public security organs to prevent minor crime related work,emphasize the social work intervention teenagers crime prevention necessity and urgency of wrong behavior,for social work intervention of police system provide legal support,prevent teenagers crime wrong behavior It can effectively alleviate the dilemma that social work intervenes in the prevention of juvenile delinquency and provide a new idea for constructing the cooperative system of juvenile delinquency prevention.In the perspective of ecological system theory,this study with a line of police officers,crime wrong youth groups,participate in the juvenile social workers as the research object,such as the field research and literature research methods,through combing policing and present situation of the interaction between social work and offence teenagers ecosystem,analyzing the interaction between system and element,Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of police social work from the perspectives of intervention strategy of micro system,intervention intervention of medium system,construction of peripheral system and macro system,so as to promote the construction of juvenile delinquency prevention system.In this study,the types of juvenile delinquency involved were summarized,and the difficulties of juvenile delinquency prevention system in police work were summarized by describing the processing process of juvenile delinquency cases in police work:the lack of the construction of crime prevention system in police system and the weak connection with other systems.In addition,combined with policy documents and summarizing the current situation of social work intervention,this study further discusses the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in the prevention of juvenile delinquency in police work,and analyzes the constraints existing in the process of social work intervention.The innovation of this study is to try to carry out the practice of police social work in the field of juvenile delinquency prevention,and summarize and analyze the experience,so as to contribute to the localized development of police social work in the field of social work.
