| With the vigorous development of social work in China,more and more "non professional" personnel have joined the social work industry and become an important part of talents in the social work industry.However,the quality of professional services carried out by these personnel is deeply affected by their own professional and personal experience,which makes the professional development of social work industry face great challenges.Due to the lack of learning and training of "non professional" social workers,their professional abilities show great differences,resulting in uneven professional service quality and can not be effectively guaranteed.This study analyzes the professional ability of "non professional" social workers through social research and social investigation methods,and finds that "non professional" social workers have corresponding deficiencies in professional values,theoretical knowledge and practical skills of social work.The main problems that hinder the improvement of the professional ability of "non professional" social workers are the lack of learning motivation,the difficulty of understanding and operating professional knowledge,the tendency of empirical thinking and the relative lack of professional knowledge.Based on the experience learning theory,this paper carries out a one-year case work supervision practice for "non professional" social workers through the method of field research.In response to the problems existing in the development of "non professional" social workers’ case work ability and their own advantages,this paper attempts to build a social work supervision mode based on experience learning,and establish specific supervision strategies and paths to guide the practice of case work supervision,It provides a useful exploration for the ability supervision of social work case work in theory and practice.Through the practical research on the case work supervision of five social workers,this paper explores six supervision strategies of the experience learning oriented supervision mode to respond to the problem of the development of the case work ability of "non professional"social workers.The six strategies are to stimulate the learning motivation of "non professional" social workers and improve their self-directed ability of learning with active learning as the driving force and cooperative learning as the guarantee;Take meaning construction as the purport and learning transition as the purpose,give full play to the advantages of previous experience and knowledge of "non professional" social workers,take their own life experience and service experience as important materials for learning,promote the combination of emotional and cognitive factors,and enhance the understanding and application of knowledge by "non professional" social workers;With experience reflection as the focus and the conceptualization of experience as the direction,use critical thinking to promote social workers to independently construct knowledge and improve the knowledge system.By exploring the supervision mode and corresponding strategies of experience learning orientation,this study provides supervision theoretical and practical reference for effectively improving the professional ability of "non professional" social work case work. |
