Critique Of Political Economy On Digital Labour

Modern information technology networks shape people’s production and lifestyle,new changes have taken place in the form of labor,the capitalist system of exploitation with employment relations as the essence has been impacted,the industrial capitalist wage labor has a new form: from traditional wage labor to "digital labor".Digital labor is a new form of labor with digital technology and the Internet as the carrier,with the premise and basis of "the development of digital technology" and "the need for capital expansion".Marxist political economy is a scientific theoretical tool for interpreting digital labor,and the critical function of Marxist political economy can be demonstrated in the process of criticizing the historical generation,theoretical disputes,labor processes,general characteristics and historical effects of digital labor.Digital labor has gone through development stages such as the initial period,rapid development period,and in-depth construction period,and has become an important part of social production and life.Digital labor has become daily life,and the concept of digital labor has become a general concept that contains many concrete forms of labor,and various specific forms of labor have different labor processes.However,in a general sense,the digital labor process is the unity of value formation and value multiplication,which has the general characteristics of "productive" labor;meanwhile,digital labor is characterized by "digital" production factors,the labor subject is more extensive,the working time and labor place are more flexible,and the labor relationship is more unstable,which is different from traditional industrial labor.Under the capitalist relations of production,digital labor is based on labor,characterized by digitization,and logic by capital,and the capture of surplus value is its fundamental purpose.As a new form of labor in the era of digital economy,digital labor is the driving force for the progress of social civilization,has played an important role in promoting the intelligence of social productivity,promoting labor integration,and meeting people’s life and emotional needs,indicating the possibility of workers’ self-liberation and towards the true community.At the same time,the private system of capitalist society has not yet undergone substantial changes,and the logic of capital governs the development of digital labor,digital capital has triggered negative influences such as digital hegemony,digital divide,and digital fetishism on a global scale.Fundamentally,"capitalist application" imprisons and constrains the development of digital labor itself and brings many social problems.To avoid the problems caused by digital labor,we must be oriented to building a community with a shared future for mankind,enhancing the well-being of the people,and promoting the development of social history,actively guide the rational application of digital labor,strive to achieve the innovative development of digital core technologies,the coordinated development of people-centered development,the green development of digital empowerment,the open development of mutual benefit and win-win results,and the shared development that benefits all the people,so that digital labor can lead the "free and conscious" form of labor and the "new form" of human civilization.
