| In recent years,with the gradual improvement of productivity and medical service level,improving the quality of life has become a reasonable goal of social development.More and more attention has been paid to the quality of life of the elderly by the state and social organizations,which has become an important indicator of the health of the elderly.But for the rural elderly and the disabled elderly,their quality of life is still not an effective solution,especially the rural semi-disabled elderly quality of life is more worrying,they are in urgent need of social help.From the perspective of social work,combined with literature research and survey research methods,this study mainly selects the disabled people over 60 years old in H village to conduct semi-structured interviews.At the same time,the quality of life of the disabled elderly in H village was evaluated by SF-36 to understand the current status and needs of the elderly with different disability levels in H village.Based on the scale data and the principle of self-determination,the case was established.Assess the needs of the case,and from the different levels of needs of the case,develop a reasonable plan for the case intervention work.Help the patients to improve their quality of life through case intervention.This paper analyzes the work experience of social workers in providing case services for the semi-disabled elderly in rural areas,and puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality of life of the semi-disabled elderly.In the process of case intervention,the root causes of the quality of life of the case owner are explored and the problems and needs of the case owner are accurately defined.Semi-structured interviews were conducted between clients and social work professionals.From the first to the ninth intervention,the first is to guide the case owner to express his or her emotions openly,and to help the case owner integrate all kinds of living resources through interviews;the second is to assist the case owner to develop a new life schedule and equip him or her with rehabilitation equipment to assist him or her in exercising,so as to improve his or her physical quality and mental state;and the third is to help the case owner rebuild his or her social support system,increase the interaction between the case owner and his or her relatives,and empower and empower the case owner.Through the comparison and evaluation of the data before and after the scale,the conclusion can be drawn that the intervention gives material support and emotional comfort to the case to some extent,and the subjective feeling index of the life quality of the case owner is improved.The author summarizes and reflects on the investigation and case service in the past few months,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of life of the rural semi-disabled elderly in combination with the practice. |
