The education and training of veterans is an important means to solve the problem of retiring soldiers in many countries around the world.At present,the United States and Germany have formulated special laws related to the education of veterans to promote the orderly development of the education of veterans.China also attaches great importance to the education and training of veterans,and it is a useful supplement to the placement of veterans,providing necessary support and guarantee for the better integration of veterans into the economic and social development.Re-education of veterans is a systematic project involving multiple departments and multiple links.It is far from enough to rely solely on the strength of the military and the government.Therefore,it is necessary to encourage schools,communities and society to participate.How to give full play to the multiparty forces of the society to solve the problem of the security of the veterans has become an objective requirement and an effective means to solve the problem of resettlement of veterans in the new era.Through the relevant literature,it is found that although scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on the education of veterans,there are relatively few studies on this issue based on the perspective of social work.This article takes the perspective of social work as the entry point to Huang Shi Bao Kang.Community veterans are surveyed and conducted in-depth research on the educational needs of veterans.The paper adopts research methods such as literature analysis,interview method and questionnaire survey.Through the investigation and study of the education of the veterans of the Baokang community in Huangshi City,this paper analyzes the needs and current situation of the veterans,expounds the main problems faced by the veterans,and introduces the necessity and effectiveness of social workto intervene in the education of veterans.And explore the social work intervention strategy from the perspective of macro-micro social work.From a macro-social perspective,it is recommended to effectively enhance the importance of social education to understand the education needs of veterans,from a community perspective.Actively improve the community education and training system,give full play to the role of social work guidance and help,from the micro level,mainly using group work or case work methods to intervene in the veterans.
