| In order to implement the fundamental task of "Building Morality and cultivating people",China’s physical education and health curriculum in the new era should focus on cultivating students’ core quality of physical education discipline under the guiding ideology of "health first".The core quality of physical education discipline is the core quality that "people with all-round development" must have and the specific expression of the educational function and value of physical education discipline.As one of the important elements of the core quality of physical education,healthy behavior is not only the comprehensive performance of contemporary students to improve their physical and mental health and actively adapt to the external environment,but also the key to improve their health awareness,improve their health status and gradually form a healthy and civilized lifestyle.However,since the promulgation and implementation of the National Students’ physical health standard by the Ministry of education in 2014,although the excellent rate of students’ physical health in China has generally shown an upward trend,college students have basically not increased.The results of the Eighth National Students’ physical fitness and health survey released by the Ministry of education in 2019 also show that the decline of College Students’ physical fitness has not been effectively curbed,The decline of College Students’ physical quality is still serious.Therefore,in order to solve the health problems of college students and promote the cultivation of College Students’ healthy behavior,from the perspective of the core quality of physical education,According to the specific manifestations of health behavior in the core literacy of Physical Education(awareness and habit of physical exercise,mastery and application of health knowledge,emotional regulation and environmental adaptation)as the index to evaluate health behavior,and based on the theory of planned behavior,firstly,use the literature method to master the relevant knowledge of this study,so as to lay the foundation for the research;secondly,use the questionnaire method to investigate the current situation of College Students’ health behavior from the perspective of core literacy of physical education discipline And influencing factors.Finally,the mathematical statistics method is used to sort out and analyze the data in this paper,and finally the conclusion is drawn:From the perspective of core literacy of physical education,college students’ health behavior includes four specific forms: physical exercise consciousness and habit,mastery and application of health knowledge,emotional regulation and environmental adaptation.The average scores from high to low are environmental adaptation,physical exercise consciousness and habit,emotional regulation,physical exercise consciousness and habit.It is found that the health behavior of students in four universities in Harbin is better in environmental adaptation and physical exercise consciousness and habit,and the mastery and application of health knowledge and emotional regulation are poor.There are problems such as lack of exercise motivation and enthusiasm,lack of basic sports health knowledge,poor self emotional regulation ability,and lack of health behavior cognition and evaluation ability.Through regression analysis,the theoretical model of planned behavior constructed in this paper is tested.At present,the influencing factors affecting college students’ health behavior include college students’ health behavior attitude,subjective norms of College Students’ health behavior,perceived behavior control of College Students’ health behavior,and college students’ health behavior intention.Finally,based on the theory of planned behavior,aiming at the problems existing in the current healthy behavior of college students in Harbin,this paper puts forward the following cultivation strategies and corresponding specific measures:(1)establish college students’ healthy behavior attitude and stimulate exercise motivation;(2)create a subjective normative atmosphere conducive to students’ healthy knowledge learning;(3)build a "health first" campus sports cultural spirit;(4)pay attention to students’ mental health,Cultivate self-efficacy(5)improve students’ self-health management ability. |
