| The Cultivation of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents is the Foundation of Sustainable Development of Competitive Sports,which is an important part of the development of competitive sports,having great significance to the sustainable development of competitive sports and the construction of sports power in China.Traditional sports school work,as an important part of sports reserve personnel training,plays an irreplaceable role,which is not only the indispensable part to promote the development of our country school sports work comprehensively,but also having become a very important basic link in Chian’s sports training management system,being responsible for the task of cultivating sports reserve talents,also related to China’s competitive sports development strategy and the realization of the "Olympic glory plan".This paper through the literature,questionnaire survey,experts interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods,investigates the current situation of cultivation of reserve talents for the competitive sports of provincial sports tradition school in Huaibei city and analyzes the situation of the cultivation of competitive sports reserve talents,on the basis of investigation and study,to find the main factors that affected its development,seeking the countermeasure of sustainable development of reserve talents training system.It provides theoretical reference for further promoting the development of competitive sports in Huaibei city.Main conclusions are as follows:1.The number of provincial sports traditional school is small in Huaibei city,only 10 at the provincial level,and it has large disparity in primary and secondary schools proportion.Compared with other cities in northern Anhui,the number is relatively small,the results varys greatly,the construction of competitive sports reserve talents to be strengthened;2.There are some shortcomings in terms of the level of professional titles,highest exercise experience and coaching years in provincial sports traditional school in Huaibei city.Meanwhile,it also lacks of highly educated people and excellent scientific research strength.Besides,the coaches’ treatment is not rich and the training subsidy is less;3.In provincial sports traditional school in Huaibei city,the athletes have poor academic performance for cultural studies,lacking of learning attitude,being inversely proportional to training years.The main factors that affect the cultural studies are not to form a good learning habits and the impact of training.There are three motivations that the athletes in provincial sports traditional school in Huaibei city participate in training,mainly admitted to sports institutions,followed by exercise,the third is to enter the professional team;4.In general,the management situation is not optimistic about provincial sports traditional school in Huaibei.The school management system is not perfect;the arrangement of coaching staff is unreasonable;most schools do not have a sound coaching system,resulting in coaches are mostly school PE teachers,social participation is small.Most of the provincial sports traditional school do not form a echelon construction:in terms of the selecting athletes,most schools have assessment system,some schools rely on the experience of coaches to select;5.Provincial sports traditional schools in Huaibei city lack of complete,systematic,long-term training program as a theoretical guide,part of the traditional sport schools do not have long-term planning to cultivate the reserve talents.Sports traditional schools participate in fewer competitions each year,and the championship level is low.6.The source of funding is single about Provincial sports traditional schools in Huaibei city,most of the school funding sources are school-based funding,the proportion of other sources of funding is too small.In addition,some school venues can meet the basic needs of their training,but the number of venues and standardization of equipment needs to be improved. |
