| The growth of young people is related to the prosperity of the country and the future of the nation.The comprehensive development of young people has always been the focus of attention of the general public.The development of youth sports and education is also a major issue that the party and the country attach great importance to.The "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers","The Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era",and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era" have been released successively,and the integration of sports and education has been written into the national policy document for the first time.Included in the national reform agenda.Schools with sports characteristics are the integration point of competitive sports and school sports,the cradle of cultivating outstanding sports reserve talents,and a good support for the implementation of the "integration of sports and education" strategy.Doing a good job in the construction of sports teams in schools with sports characteristics has an irreplaceable role in promoting reserve talents for competitive sports and promoting the physical health of young people.Based on the background of "integration of sports and education" and the theory of interest-related and synergy as the theoretical basis,this research adopts the method of literature,interview,field investigation,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics.The general situation of the sports team,the situation of formation,the situation of learningtraining-competition,and the situation of social support and security are studied.It is found that the main goal of establishing sports teams in Nanjing sports characteristic middle schools is to achieve competition results and improve the school’s popularity;the main mode of formation is to run independent teams,cooperate with professional sports schools,highlevel sports teams in colleges and universities,and pilot training of provincial sports reserve personnel.The joint team mode;the project layout is mainly based on track and field and big ball games;the teaching teachers have good academic qualifications,and the teachers are mainly trained by the education system.The teaching motivation is relatively positive and the teaching level is good,and the continuing education situation is not optimistic.;Sports team students do not have enough time and motivation for cultural study,and the contradiction between learning and training has not been resolved;the training plan and implementation are good,and the organizational forms are rich;in terms of competition,the competition results are good,but there are few opportunities to participate in the national level;In terms of social support and logistical support for sports teams,it is shown that the relevant personnel hold a positive attitude of support.The training venues and facilities can basically meet the training requirements,the source of funds is single,and the medical supervision is not enough.The difficulties faced by the construction of sports teams in Nanjing sports secondary schools are as follows:(1)The training mode of sports teams needs to be innovated urgently,and the target positioning needs to be corrected(2)The layout of sports teams needs to be adjusted,and the role of radiating campus culture needs to be strengthened(3)Sports teams The situation of talent transfer is worrying,and the quality of the teaching staff still needs to be improved(4)Although the contradiction between sports teams’ learning and training has been alleviated,it is still prominent(5)The phenomenon of "team formation before the game and disbandment after the game" is serious(6)The social support and The safeguard mechanism is not yet perfect.In response to the above problems,try to propose an optimization path for the construction of sports teams in Nanjing sports secondary schools:(1)Clarify the target positioning of sports teams and innovate the team model(2)Optimize the layout of sports teams and lead the construction of campus sports culture(3)Broaden the talents of sports teams(4)Focus on the advantages of "integration of sports and education",and improve the integration mechanism of learning,training and competition(5)Coordinate the governance capacity of multiple subjects,and improve the social support and security system(6)Grasp policies,education,Service advantages,inheritance team experience. |
