With the coming of the era of knowledge economy,the social industrial structure has undergone important changes,and the definition of talents in colleges and universities has started to change,while the importance of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education has been promoted to a new height,which also further promotes the activities of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,through the development of talent training programs,gradually incorporating entrepreneurship education in professional education,allowing students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship This is a new requirement for talents in the process of social development,and also gives universities a new standard in the development of talent training programs.In today’s emerging technological revolution,the emergence of big data and artificial intelligence has changed people’s life style.The development of knowledge economy not only needs new production methods,but also needs people to adapt to the new production methods,and moreover needs new education methods to keep pace with the times.Although innovation and entrepreneurship education is flourishing in the education sector,there are still many problems that need to be solved in the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of local applied undergraduate institutions.The research object of this thesis is selected as a case study of Y private university in Yunnan,where the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education is carefully analyzed and researched,the specific situation of the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the university is collected,the feelings of teachers and students during the implementation process,and the effect of the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education are analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed.This thesis first uses the literature method to explain the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education and interpret the implementation policy of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Then,using the questionnaire method,we survey the teachers and students of the school’s innovation and entrepreneurship college,analyze the implementation effect of innovation and entrepreneurship from the survey data,and conduct a more comprehensive investigation and analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching curriculum design,innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities,and innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform.It was also supplemented by the interview method to visit the professional teachers in the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Y University to understand the teachers’ views on innovation and entrepreneurship education and their suggestions on the current innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum of the school,which were summarized and organized according to the relevant data collected.The study found that the current university new entrepreneurship curriculum lacks systematic construction,the lecture format is lagging behind,the lack of professional faculty team,the separation of innovation and entrepreneurship from professional training,and the low degree of fit between innovation and entrepreneurship education and society.Corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed to address the various current situations presented by Y University.From various aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship education including awareness training,innovative thinking and will training,and skills such as team building,we build a perfect education system,explore a case-and project-oriented education model,and strengthen the construction of a full-time and part-time faculty team,among other targeted and feasible solutions.The innovation of this thesis is to investigate and analyze the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Y University under the guidance of theory.A deep analysis of the implementation effect is conducted,and several measures and suggestions are proposed to improve and perfect the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in Y University.
