Research On The Construction Of Teaching Staff For Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Colleges And Universities

Under the background of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,we should vigorously promote the construction of teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,so as to speed up the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and further enhance the employment competitiveness of university graduates and promote economic transformation.And our country will gain a dominant position in international competition.This paper uses the investigation method to analyze the present situation and the problems of the construction of the faculty of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the city of H,Heilongjiang,to further analyze the reasons for restricting the construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education.On this basis,under the guidance of delicacy management,object management and knowledge management theory,puts forward the countermeasures for developing the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education from three aspects:government,universities and teachers.The government should provide a detailed special policy,a complete system of entrepreneurship education and special funds,as well as an information exchange site for innovation and entrepreneurship.Colleges and universities should lay the foundation for the construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education from three aspects:management concept,mechanism and organizational building,take account of process control and target management,make a list of candidate teachers.Teachers should change their educational ideas and share knowledge among teachers.
