The arrival of the era of knowledge economy and information has highlighted the important role of talents,and the quality of university education has received unprecedented social attention.Following the trend of the times,focusing on curriculum reform,and implementing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education are wise choices for universities to maintain a central position.The technical personnel cultivated in higher vocational colleges have made outstanding contributions to alleviating the problem of structural unemployment.The talent training goals of higher vocational colleges have an internal fit with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education.Whether it can comprehend the spirit of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and seize the development opportunities to achieve the overtaking in the competition of colleges and universities is a major development problem facing higher vocational colleges.Taking Shanxi Province's higher vocational colleges as the research object,the questionnaire method and interview method were used to obtain the basic situation of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education courses in some higher vocational colleges in our province.The survey results show that the course of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in our province has basically achieved full coverage,the students initially grasp the knowledge of it;all colleges and universities actively participate in various competitions,and the level of participation has been improved year by year;teachers actively participate in training,and improve their professional capability constantly;some colleges and universities have established bases to incubate students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects.At the same time,there are some problems,such as unclear object and lack of pertinence in the course objectives;single form type,non characteristic content and unreasonable time arrangement in the course setting;low active participationand low enthusiasm of students in the course implementation;insufficient attention,lack of systematic design,no reflect the will of teachers and students and third-party evaluation in the course evaluation.On the basis of empirical research,summarize the problems,find out the reasons,and prescribe the right medicine.Drawing on the successful experience of domestic and foreign Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education courses,taking the province's unique Jin business spirit as the cultural core,the author proposes Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education curriculum construction strategy of our province's higher vocational colleges from the four dimensions of course goals,course settings,course implementation and course evaluation:clearing education object and clearing training objective;optimizing course content and forming characteristic courses;strengthening planning and implementation of courses;paying attention to curriculum evaluation and improving the evaluation system.It is hoped to promote the improvement of teaching quality and the realization of talent training goals in higher vocational colleges,then come out of a distinctive Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education model,and continue the Jin business spirit.
