Research On The Innovation And Entrepreneurship Support System Of X College Of Private Colleges And Universities

With the development of economy and society,the demand for innovative talents is increasing,on this basis,put forward the "mass innovation,entrepreneurship" proposal and related guidance.As the main position of cultivating talents,colleges and universities have made some progress after many years of active exploration and practice,and trained a number of composite talents with innovative and entrepreneurial ability.But in general,public colleges and universities,with their resources,students,scientific research and status,have more advantages in the management of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and have built a relatively perfect innovation and entrepreneurship support system,while the innovation and entrepreneurship development of private colleges and universities is limited by the concept of running schools,school resources and social impact and other factors,the development is relatively slow.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the support system of innovation and entrepreneurship in private colleges and universities and to promote the continuous improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private colleges and universities.X College is a provincial private undergraduate college.In recent years,through some initiatives to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education,but the management methods are relatively fragmented,fragmented,innovation and entrepreneurship education is not obvious.First of all,by consulting the relevant literatures and works,this paper clarifies the relevant concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship support system,introduces the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship management,and analyzes the research status of innovation and entrepreneurship education and its management at home and abroad.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and data analysis,the double-creation support system of X College is analyzed,and the shortcomings of the current X College in the management of dual-creation education are summarized.In this regard,based on the educational goal of coordinated development and long-term progress,this paper puts forward a targeted management improvement plan from the six aspects of changing the concept of double-creation training,perfecting talent training program,optimizing dual-creation management system,building dual-creation development platform,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and feedback on the effect of entrepreneurship evaluation,and gives an optimized way for X College to promote the development of double-creation education.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the improved management program and have the expected impact,a comprehensive safeguard measure including organizational guarantee,financial guarantee,teacher guarantee,policy guarantee and cultural guarantee has been established,which lays the foundation for the long-term development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in X College,and also provides a useful reference for the improvement and promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education in our national-run colleges and universities.
