The spread of COVID-19 has brought a huge impact on China’s economy,resulting in a sharp decline in the economy of most low-and-moderate-income persons,which has brought a certain blow to automobile consumption.This has led to increasing competition among automobile parts enterprises,increasing labor costs year by year,and the lack of sense of belonging of employees to the enterprise.At present,the effective way to solve this problem is the Employee Assistant Program(EAP).On the basis of previous studies,the thesis discussed the relationship between the variables such as occupational stress,job involvement,employee belonging and job satisfaction of employees in auto parts enterprises through participation observation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with employees of enterprise B in Ningbo.On the basis of Resources Conservation Theory,Achievement Need Theory and Empowerment Theory,this thesis intervened in the employees’ sense of belonging of the enterprise through EAP,and summarized reasonable suggestions to improve the employee sense of belonging of auto parts enterprises,so as to broaden the research field of enterprise social work and contribute to the localization development of enterprise social work in China.The results showed that:(1)The overall employee’s sense of belonging in auto parts enterprises was at a medium level,and the score of identity was the lowest.In addition,sense of belonging had no significant difference in different gender,health status,education,age,length of service,marital status,job position,employee type and income employees;(2)Occupational stress had a significant negative effect on employees’ sense of belonging;(3)Occupational stress had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction;(4)Employees’ sense of belonging had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction;(5)Employees’ sense of belonging played an intermediary role between occupational stress and job satisfaction;(6)Job involvement played a moderating role between occupational stress and employees’ sense of belonging.In view of the current situation of employees’ sense of belonging in auto parts enterprises,EAP was used and comparison of results before and after 6 group activities showed employees’ sense of belonging of 10 team members had been significantly improved.It was showed that EAP was effective in improving the belonging sense of employees in auto parts enterprises.Finally,suggestions were put forward to improve the belonging sense of employees in auto parts enterprises,which included actively introducing social work services in enterprises,improving the specialization and professionalization of enterprise social workers,and building a linkage mechanism between government,society and enterprises.
