This study was analyzed the turnover rate of startup company of W,an entrepreneurial high-tech company in the Yangtze River Delta,and was tried to use literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to carry out a detailed study on Employee Belonging of W company from human resource management practice.The research was found the overall level that include five sub-dimensions of employee belonging in W company is not high.By statistical analysis and obtained that the male employees’ sense of belonging level is apparently higher than those female employees’ in W Company.The employee sense of belonging level of married employees in W Company is apparently higher than those unmarried employees’.The employees over 35 years old in W Company whose responsibility sense of belonging level which is apparently higher than those employees under 35 years old.The sense of belonging level of employees who with college degree in W Company is apparently higher than those employees with master degree or above.The employee sense of belonging level of middle and senior managers in W Company is apparently higher than those ordinary employees.By analyzing the influencing factors,it is concluded that reasonable strategic organizational structure,the complete policy system and safeguard mechanism,the standardized human resource management system,as well as the leadership and management skills that are all play a positive role in promoting the employee sense of belonging in W Company.From perspective of organizational strategy to understand and interpret the strategy,combined with human resource strategic management system,leadership and management,individual differences as well,which are all the corresponding countermeasures and guarantees can be given to improve the sense of belonging of employees,in order to reduce the employee turnover rate of W Company,to ensure the steady improvement of employee sense of belonging.
