With the diversified development of economy and society,the rapid progress of information technology has brought revolutionary changes to people’s life.As the carrier of the information technology industry,Internet enterprises are rapidly expanding their scale,but at the same time,the contradiction of employees’ sense of belonging is also increasingly prominent.Among them,the serious lack of employees’ sense of belonging has a great impact on the high dimission rate of employees and the chaos of internal development.Simple compensation strategies cannot solve all problems.As a bridge between labor and management,corporate social work is attracting more and more attention.As "996" is the "normal" of the Internet industry,employees have increasingly negative feelings towards this phenomenon,which not only affects the healthy development of the company,but also creates a huge burden on the physical and mental health of employees.The author makes use of the theoretical knowledge related to corporate social work,pays attention to the development and management status of employees and enterprises,and combines the ABC theory of emotions and the theory of group dynamics to help employees relieve personal pressure and negative emotions.This will improve employees’ identification with the enterprise,promote the harmonious coexistence between employees and the enterprise,improve employees’ sense of responsibility for the enterprise,give full play to employees’ subjective initiative,so as to promote the long-term sound development of the enterprise,employees and the enterprise grow and progress together.This paper takes the employees of B enterprise in Guangzhou as the research object,and collects research data by means of questionnaire survey,interview,observation and other research methods to analyze the factors affecting the sense of belonging.As a typical Internet company,Company B in Guangzhou has a relatively young age structure,but at the same time,the unstable factors of its employees are also very prominent.The author selected employees with no sense of belonging or low sense of belonging through questionnaire survey and encouraged them to participate in the group voluntarily.On this basis,the author plans the intervention program of group work and carries out group work intervention,so as to improve the sub-health state of employees to a certain extent and realize the positive interaction between enterprises and employees.
