The sense of belonging plays an important role in the level of people's needs.In recent years,the government also proposed to support the community participation of the elderly for the cultivation of the sense of community belonging.With the reform of China's economic system,social members have changed from "unit person" to "community person".After retirement,the sense of community belonging of enterprise employees needs to be improved as well as the sense of belonging of the unit.In this paper,R community enterprise retirees as an example,through the development of social work practice to explore the effective way to enhance the sense of community belonging of enterprise retirees under the regional development mode,the author uses the theory of regional development mode and social support network,around the corner color adaptation of enterprise retirees and the construction of the positive interaction between community residents and the community,to stimulate the participation of community residents Start with the willingness and building the participation platform of community residents,and improve the sense of community belonging of retired employees.This study takes the sense of community belonging of retired employees in R community enterprises as the research object.Through the demand analysis and problem prediction of the basic status of the sense of community belonging of retired employees in the community,it studies the necessity and feasibility of social work involved in the promotion of the sense of community belonging of retired employees in R community enterprises.On this basis,it designs and carries out the community belonging of retired employees in R community enterprises The social work professional practice of sense promotion,and the process and effect of the activities are evaluated.The research shows that the author plays the role of coordinator,organizer and guide,through the cultivation of community backbone and the construction of community communication platform,community residents can actively participate in community activities,and have a further understanding of community work.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the sense of community belonging of retired employees: the establishment of the participation mechanism of social work for community activities,the establishment of social support network for retired employees,and the establishment of communication system between retired employees and community.
