| With the rapid development of China’s aviation industry,the demand for aviation safety officers is increasing day by day,and the requirements for occupational physical quality of employees are also constantly improving.In this study the secondary vocational school physical education and health course standard "as the instruction,to the aviation safety professional fitness test standards as the basis,combined with secondary air safety professional physical teaching demand,aviation security officer working environment requirement,and the characteristics of the secondary vocational students’ physical and mental development,using expert investigation method to obtain the influence from personnel of course of key quality professional fitness levels,based on this,Combined with the characteristics of flexible ladder training,an experimental plan of vocational physical education for aviation safety specialty is designed.Then,taking two classes of aviation safety major in Gaotang Vocational Education Center school as the research object,the paper studies the influence of ladder exercise on students’ occupational physical fitness level,occupational physical fitness quality and mood of occupational physical fitness exercise,in order to explore the path of vocational aviation safety students’ occupational physical fitness improvement.This study has important practical value and theoretical significance for the improvement of vocational physical quality of students majoring in aviation safety.In addition,it has certain reference value for enriching and improving the teaching content of occupational physical fitness in aviation safety specialty.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:The key qualities that affect the occupational physical fitness level of aviation safety officer include: coordination quality,sensitivity quality,speed quality based on movement speed and movement speed,endurance quality based on aerobic endurance and strength quality based on core strength and upper and lower limb strength.Ladder exercises help to improve occupational fitness levels,which are mainly core strength,lower limb strength,muscular endurance,physical agility and coordination.Among them,the ladder exercise on 5*10 meters of the test results of the most significant improvement.2 minutes of rope skipping,100 meters running,2 minutes of squat standing up,standing long jump,2 minutes of flexion sit-up test results also have a certain role in promoting.Flexible ladder exercise is better than conventional physical training in developing students’ speed,agility,coordination and strength.The exercise of soft ladder can promote the improvement of students’ mood state,especially the improvement of activity,pleasure and calmness,and the inhibition of negative mood state.The flexible ladder exercise has a positive influence on the students’ occupational physical fitness level,occupational physical quality and mental state.Therefore,the flexible ladder exercise plays a positive role in promoting the occupational physical fitness of students majoring in aviation safety,and can be popularized and applied as one of the methods of occupational physical fitness training for students majoring in aviation safety. |
