Army Aviation Army preparation sequence arms. Army Aviation is a helicopter for themajor equipment, minimum altitude for the battle space, air mobility, air assault, air supportfor combat style, both coordinated operations independently carry out combat missions theArmy flight arms. With the development of domestic and foreign military technology andequipment, the Army Air Corps troops, while the emphasis on military weaponrymodernization, how to tap the body’s physical potential to improve their physique andtransformed into the combat effectiveness of troops, become a place in the Army Air Corpsmilitary hospital school before the new issue.Of teaching for many years in the military physical access to literature and field research,part of the Army Air Corps in physical training, to varying degrees, there are some problems,mainly in the training to adapt to the role played poorly, the training load and recovery humanfactors than reasonable arrangement, overtraining and inadequate training existed. In thisstudy, the Army Air Corps physical training mode as the starting point, mainly to study thenew model of the Army Air Corps physical training, through the experiment we can get thefollowing results: the new scheme can improve the army aviation force quality, endurance,speed and quality of load capacity, through the strengthening of training and prevention ofsports injuries, can effectively improve the army aviation training. And reached the followingconclusions:Reasonable arrangements load a new model of experimental program, both to improveheart and lung function and aerobic endurance of the Army Air Corps trainees, and not leavestudents ossified action and produce weary. Trainees Endurance significantly improvedfatigue and jaded, the especially more prominent experimental group. The cultivation of theprogram is more suitable for the Army Air Corps personnel needs, the effectiveness andfeasibility of improving the physical training of the Army Air Corps trainees.From the experimental results can be seen after12weeks of physical training, the qualityof the power of the experimental group and control group students, endurance have improved,but the experimental group in the power of the quality of the training of the new model and Endurance indicators performed significantly higher than that in the control group.Speed quality of the experimental group and control group students have improved, butthe training results of the experimental group and the control group had a significantdifference, the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group.Experimental group played a significant role in improving the anti-G capability of the ArmyAir Corps trainees.New model of the focus on the trainees recovery training, through different recoverytraining to improve athletes of the function indicators, and in the prevention of the occurrenceof sports injuries, sports injuries teaching to raise their self-awareness and explanations, toreduce the incidence of sports injuries.For more than a new model in the analysis of the practice of physical training, madesome suggestions for the development of the Army Aviation:1. Introduction of sports professionals, strengthen the training of the existing coachesForces, while the introduction of military sports talent, must also strengthen its ability toimprove the existing physical trainer level. First take "Please come in, go out" form of regulartraining; strengthen the talent incentive mechanism.2update their concepts to improve the Army Air Corps’ awareness of the importance ofphysical trainingTo new ideas, to improve understanding of the officers and men of the importance ofphysical training, Army Aviation ideological guidance to the right track, to ensure a goodphysical training effect.3. Improve the physical training content to reform the method of physical training.The characteristics and laws of modern warfare and battlefield, with the actual situationof the Army Air Corps, and the spirit of the principle of "how to fight the battle, the soldierson how to practice" training, highlighting the guiding ideology of "training for war", thephysical training and war requirements closely combine all proceed from the actual needs, tothe psychological ability to adapt to modern warfare for traction, and constantly improve thephysical training content, especially the officers and men of the anti-stun ability, resistance tofatigue, field survival ability and high load. One is reasonable to develop training programs and training indicators; Second, is to optimize the combination of training content; Third,grouping, hierarchical training, changing the "one-pot" type of training mode, forming avirtuous circle of physical training system.4. Focus on strengthening the psychological adjustment of soldiers in physical trainingStrengthen the level of anxiety of the soldiers in the process of physical training,emotional state, wake-up level, and attributed concerns, Once soldiers depression, frustration,tension and over-excitement, must be timely and targeted on psychological counseling toenlighten the soldiers thought to correct the deviation of the psychological help soldierscontinue to maintain the best training.5. Strengthen physical training in the prevention of sports injuriesSports injuries is a common phenomenon in the physical training, we should fullyunderstand the common sense of sports injuries, and a careful analysis of the cause of theinjury, and adopted a series of effective measures in the physical training, and targeted toactively prevent, reduce or even avoid sports injuries occur, so as to ensure the smoothconduct of physical training work to improve the overall effect of physical training in militaryacademies.
