The practice of soft ladder is a new training method in the teaching of physical education.Its characteristics are simple and easy,and the practice is various.through the change of the movement direction and the speed of the soft ladder,the functional state of the nervous system can be improved,and at the same time,the primary school student is in the key period of the sensitive quality development,and the soft ladder training is carried out at this stage,not only can the improvement of the sensitive quality be promoted,At the same time,the physical quality can be directly or indirectly transferred,and the other physical quality can be improved.The variety of the practice of the soft ladder can improve the studentsundefined interest in learning and promote the students to participate in sports consciously.This paper mainly studies the influence of the practice of soft ladder on improving the physical quality of primary school students,especially the sensitive quality,and probes into the new method and the new means to improve the learning interest of the primary school students.Methods: The students of two ordinary classes in the fourth grade of Xuzhou34 th Middle School affiliated Primary School were randomly selected as the subjects of the experiment.One class was used as the experimental group to carry out soft ladder exercises,and the other class was used as the control group to play ordinary games.Practice for 16 weeks each.Before the experiment(the first week)and after the experiment(the 16 th week),the body shape indexes such as height,vital capacity,cross quadrant jump,sit-up and other physical fitness indexes of the two groups were tested.Before the experiment(the first week)and after the experiment(the 16 th week),the questionnaire was sent out and collected on the spot,and the level of primary school studentsundefined interest in learning was studied by questionnaire survey.The matched sample T test was used in the group and the independent sample T test was used in the group.Results:1.Physique:(1)In the experimental group,there were significant differences in height,30 s rope skipping,10 s vertical brace and cross quadrant jump between boys and girls before the experiment;There was a significant difference in one minute sit-up,standing long jump and standing on one foot.There were significant differences in the total number of people compared with those before the experiment,including 30 s rope skipping,one minute sit-up,standing long jump,10 s stand-up,cross quadrant jump and side cross run.(2)The control group: male,There were significant differences in height,30 s rope jump,standing long jump,10 s standing brace,cross quadrant jump and lateral cross run between the female students and the total number before the experiment,and there was a very significant difference in standing long jump on 30 s rope jump,standing long jump.(3)Comparison between the experimental group and the control group: there were significant differences between boys and girls in the experimental group on rope skipping in 30 s,cross quadrant jump,side cross running;In the experimental group,there was a significant difference in the number of male students in the cross quadrant jump,while the male students were standing in the long jump,the boys,the girls and the total number were standing up in 10 s in response to the reaction of the female students and the total number of the students in the experimental group.2.Learning interest level:(1)In the experimental group,there were significant differences in learning interest and total scores between boys and girls before the experiment,and there were significant differences in sports participation.(2)In the control group,there were significant differences between boys and girls in learning interest before the experiment.(3)Comparison between the experimental group and the control group: the boys in the experimental group and the girls in the experimental group were interested in learning,while in the control group,there were significant differences in the learning interest between the boys and the girls in the experimental group.The scores of sports participation and total score were significantly better than those of the control group,and the scores of behavior tendency of boys were also significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusions:1.Soft ladder practice can significantly improve the movement speed and sensitive quality of primary school students,and promote the reaction ability,strength quality,balance ability and coordination ability of primary school students at the same time.2.Compared with ordinary games,the effect of soft ladder practice on movement speed,lower limb strength and sensitive quality of pupils is better than that of primary school students who take part in ordinary games.3.After the soft ladder exercise,the primary school studentsundefined interest in learning has been improved,the degree of sports participation has also been improved,and the emotional experience and behavioral tendency of boys have also been promoted.4.Compared with ordinary games,the effect of soft ladder practice on learning interest,sports participation and behavior tendency of pupils participating in soft ladder exercise is better than that of primary school students who take part in ordinary games.
