The offensive and defensive confrontation in modern competitive volleyball competition is becoming more and more intense,with more full,higher and faster becoming the main features,faster movement speed and agility are important competitive advantages,for whose physical fitness such as body shape and strength are not dominant from the athletes.The variability and comprehensiveness of volleyball determine that agility is one of the basic qualities that volleyball players must possess.In the game,not only the athlete’s reaction speed is required to be faster,but also the speed of changing movements and directions is more faster,while the athletes’ agility often determines the effect of skills,tactics and even the results of the game.Sensitive quality is an important part of teenagers volleyball athletes’ physical qualities,all the basic techniques of volleyball players in the game needs to be sensitive to quality as the basis of its right to complete,excellent sensitive quality and promote the youth volleyball athletes strength,endurance and other physical quality good development of favorable conditions.The equipment used in the soft ladder training is light in weight and easy to carry,and it has relatively low requirements on the training site and environment.Therefore,this training content has been introduced in most competitive events.Typically,athletes in competitive sports,especially volleyball,need according to actual situation to make quick response and action in the shortest possible time to complete a specific technology,ladder training is available for this kind of demand,make all kinds of footwork training athletes,improve the quality of the athletes in the footsteps of mobility and sensitive.According to the research of ladder training influence on optimizing the sensitive quality by middle school volleyball players,it can provide more reference for the training of the sensitive quality of middle school volleyball players,using the methods of literature materials,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and experimental,volleyball players who selected as experimental objects to explore the influence of ladder training on sensitive qualities and training activities.After analyzing the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn: through ladder training,the performances of high school and junior high school experimental group athletes in the Illinois test,36 m movement test,half-meter movement training and T-shaped running test has been significantly improved compared with those before the experiment.Although the performance of 3m triangular reentry race has improved,the improvement is still small.Through routine agility training,high school and junior high school control group athletes’ scores in Illinois test,(1)36m movement training,half-meter movement test,T-shaped run test and 3m triangle reentry test has been all improved slightly compared with those before the experiment,but there is no significant improvement in performance.(2)Comparing the data of the test athletes in the high school group and the junior high school group,it is found that the flexible ladder training can significantly improve the agility of the middle school volleyball players.(3)In the process of ladder training and routine agility training,the test athletes in junior high school group has been improved faster than the high school group,and the improvement effect is more significant.Athletes are more suitable for agility training in junior high school,the stage is also an important period for developing athletes’ volleyball specific agility.(4)The degree which the ladder training has a significant impact on the special agile quality of middle school volleyball players own a certain relationship with the age group of the players.The positive effect of the ladder training is not produced by its independent effect,but is the result of the joint effect with other training methods.The ladder training is an ideal auxiliary training method for volleyball special physical fitness.Based on the above,the study gives corresponding recommendations: we should pay attention to comprehensive application of various training methods,continuously innovate the training methods and grasp the stage characteristics of physical training.
