With the advent of education information 2.0 era,more and more technologies are applied to teaching.Teachers are the practical users of educational technology,the leaders of education and teaching,and the helpers of students’ learning.Teachers are the key to the full implementation of educational informatization,the maximum efficiency and the realization of educational informatization under the background of informatization.Because of the uniqueness of primary school students and the characteristics of Chinese subject,it is imperative to enhance the ability of information teaching design of primary school Chinese teachers.In this context,the thesis focuses on the current situation and problems of the information teaching design ability of primary school Chinese teachers,and analyzes and explores the influencing factors and improvement strategies of the information teaching design ability.Research firstly combed the ADDIE teaching model,teachers’ teaching design ability and teacher education information technology ability standard of related literature,on the basis of the analysis of the existing research,from the information analysis ability,information ability,information development design ability,information ability and information evaluation ability of characterization in five dimensions,teacher informatization instructional design.Then,213 primary school Chinese teachers were randomly selected in S Province for investigation.The data analysis found that: the development of the information teaching design ability of primary school Chinese teachers is unbalanced on the whole,which is still at a medium level.There are still some problems,such as insufficient teaching content analysis ability,poor teaching situation design ability,lack of curriculum resources development ability,weak informatization implementation ability,informatization evaluation ability in need of improvement;In addition,the influence of teacher’s personal factor,school organization factor and resource factor on the ability of information teaching design is explored.In order to effectively improve the information teaching design ability of primary school Chinese teachers,we should pay attention to the accuracy and applicability of the content and improve the content analysis ability.Effectively create the teaching situation,improve the situation design ability;Optimize curriculum resource development and improve resource development ability;To achieve good interaction between teachers and students,improve the ability of information implementation;Innovate evaluation means and improve informatization evaluation ability.
