With its authenticity,interactivity,practicality and enlightening advantages,case teaching method closely conforms to the growth characteristics and learning requirements of students in junior middle school,effectively enhances students’ learning interest and classroom participation in morality and rule of law,promotes the comprehensive improvement of students’ theoretical knowledge and core literacy,and has important teaching value for improving the teaching effectiveness of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.Through the investigation,it is found that in the practical application of case teaching method in junior middle school moral and rule of law course,there are some problems,such as mechanical application of teaching method,improper case selection,incomplete case analysis and summary,junior middle school students’ lack of understanding of typical cases,difficult resonance and slow entry into questions,which affect the effectiveness of case teaching method in junior middle school moral and rule of law course.Based on reality,adhering to the problem orientation,this paper tries to explore the Optimization Countermeasures of the application of case teaching method in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.The article is mainly divided into four parts to study the application of case teaching method in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school:The first part is an overview of case teaching method.Firstly,clarify the concept of case,the concept and theoretical basis of case teaching method,and the implementation steps of case teaching method,so as to improve students’ understanding ability,shorten the distance between teachers and students,stimulate students’ interest in learning,cultivate the ability of drawing inferences from one instance and the feelings of family and country,and explain the significance of case teaching method in junior middle school morality and rule of law course,give full play to the advantages of case teaching method,and apply it to the whole teaching process of junior middle school morality and rule of law course.The second part is an investigation and analysis of the application of case teaching methods in junior high school ethics and rule of law classes.The paper adopts the literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and personal interview method to observe the current situation and effect of the case teaching method applied to the ethics and rule of law class of junior high schools,and explore and summarize the current problems.Through the analysis of the relevant data of the questionnaire and the interviews with teachers,the effectiveness of the case teaching method in the application of the junior high school ethics and rule of law class was reflected,and the learning difficulties of the students for the ethics and rule of law course and the actual development of the case teaching method were found,and the reasons were analyzed.The third part is an example of the application of case teaching method in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.This part first defines the teaching elements and teaching key and difficult points,and then carries out the classroom observation of case teaching method.At the same time,it analyzes the effect and deficiency of the application of case teaching method in the classroom observation.Through the comparison before and after the use of case teaching method and the follow-up interview of some teachers and students,it highlights the application effect of case teaching method,and promotes the better application of case teaching method in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.The fourth part is the optimization strategy of case teaching method in the application of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.This paper focuses on the teaching process and existing problems,and puts forward optimization countermeasures.Explore solutions from the aspects of changing teaching ideas,improving teaching ability,strengthening classroom communication,building teaching brand,developing teaching resources,correctly using cases,using legal cases,creating a "second classroom",paying attention to teacher training and helping teaching reform,and put forward to create an "immersive case teaching" mode to give full play to the effectiveness of "red case teaching" and "legal case teaching",Put forward relevant strategies for teachers to better use the case teaching method to carry out the teaching objectives of morality and rule of law in junior middle school. |
