In his important speech delivered at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that the government should continue to take the employment issue as a priority and formulate positive employment policies based on the actual situation of China’s employed population.The goal of employment in the new period has changed from improving employment rate to improving employment quality.Under the background of large-scale enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,the characteristics of employment problems tend to be obvious,and the main contradiction of employment has gradually shifted from the gap between the employed population and the employment position to the problem of the mismatch between the professional ability of the employed population and the job demand,which puts forward higher work requirements for the optimization of employment quality.In addition to the government,because the employment quality can directly reflect the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges also regard improving the employment quality of their graduates as an important content of their own work.Both the government and higher vocational colleges should give full play to their own functions to promote the quality of employment,so that this foundation for people’s livelihood will be more deeply rooted and more firmly established.How to make guizhou vocational college graduates in the fierce competition in the employment market has always been a hot issue in the field of social employment among local governments,colleges and universities at all levels and CPPCC members.Combing and analysis of higher vocational college graduates employment the elements which constitute the influence,not only can improve the deeper understanding on the employment of university graduates,but also for local governments,the administrative department of education in provide scientific basis for employment decisions,from this perspective,this article research has the vital significance.In terms of research methods,this paper focuses on literature research,questionnaire analysis,Logistic model analysis,and comprehensively uses the theories of effective social governance and effective human resource management to systematically analyze the factors that affect the employment of some vocational college graduates.Through the construction of influencing factors model,so as to sum up the key factors that have an impact on employment,through empirical research method,the results of the study again verified.Through the formulation of questionnaires,this paper takes the employment status of 2021 graduates of H vocational colleges in Guizhou province as the focus of the investigation.On the basis of Logistic model analysis,some key data are introduced to improve the level of standardized processing.Generally,the key factors studied are age(18-21),political status,class practice experience,obtaining certificates,participation in some skills competitions,honorary certificates,social practice,participation in school community activities and so on,which have a positive and significant impact on employment results.The parents of vocational college graduates often have a positive influence on their employment.Relatives play a more important role in graduates’ employment.But the nature of graduates’ hukou usually has a negative effect;Graduates of higher vocational colleges can find jobs more quickly if they get a lot of honorary certificates.Gender and ethnic group have no significant influence on their salary.The impact of academic performance and participation in club activities is negative.Through the analysis of the research results,it is found that in order to effectively promote the employment of higher vocational college graduates,it is necessary to build a policy system covering students’ personal,government and humorous,so as to lay a foundation for better solving the employment of college graduates. |
