Study On Collaborative Governance Of Higher Vocational Education In Meishan City

At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development vision of "modernizing the country’s governance system and governance capacity" by 2035 was clearly put forward,and modernizing national governance is an urgent task facing China in the transition period.Higher vocational education（hereinafter referred to as the higher vocational education）governance as part of the country’s governance system,with steady progress was made in governance of modern construction,higher vocational education management reform has been in deep waters,for a long time,the government-led management has always been the basic model of running higher vocational education in our country,seriously hampering the running pattern of higher vocational education development.Therefore,in order to change the single administrative management mode dominated by the government,it is necessary to form a cooperative governance mode with the participation of the government,schools,society and other multiple subjects,so as to realize the modernization of higher vocational education governance.Meishan city,this study of higher vocational education management as the research object,through literature research,questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis,meishan city,summed up the current higher vocational education in the governance of the last few problems: lack of coordination between the three governance body,to strengthen the government in the governance main body status,insufficient supervision strength,higher vocational education of higher vocational education governance local rules and regulations.These practical problems have seriously hindered the sustainable development of higher vocational education in Meishan city,and the main reasons are the structural imbalance of the main body of higher vocational education governance,the "unification" of the main body of governance,the lack of effective supervision mechanism of governance,governance mode of administrative management.In order to solve these practical problems,this study explores the realization path of collaborative governance of higher vocational education in Meishan city from the perspective of collaborative governance,and proposes to establish the concept of collaborative governance of higher vocational education,government-led multi-subjects to participate in governance,construct the supervision mechanism of higher vocational education governance,and improve the laws and regulations of higher vocational education.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for local higher vocational education governance.
