| Family is the first environment after children are born.Family education is of great significance to the lifelong development of children and the harmonious development of society.In recent years,in order to improve the level of family education,a series of policies and laws issued in our country clearly require the headmaster,head teacher and other moral education workers to provide guidance for parents’ family education.Therefore,as an important bridge between school education and family education,the head teacher has become an important bearer of family education guidance,and it is of great significance to find out the current situation of family education guidance for the healthy development of children in the future.By reading the literature on family education and family education guidance,this study systematically discusses the importance,principles and significance of family education guidance for primary school class teachers.This study is supported by“4421” theory,overlapping influence domain theory and family system theory,and selects Shijiazhuang J Primary School as the object of investigation.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the cognition,attitude,content,form,time and frequency,effect and organization of the primary school head teacher’s family education guidance.After the in-depth analysis of the survey results,it is found that the combination of online and offline family education guidance form,collective guidance and individual guidance shows a better development direction.The following problems were also found.First,the teacher in charge of family education guidance cognition needs to be deepened.Second,the enthusiasm of the teacher in charge of family education guidance attitude needs to be improved.Third,the teacher in charge of family education guidance content is uneven.Fourth,there is a lack of time for family education guidance.Through the analysis,it is found that the reasons for the above problems are that the government does not pay enough attention to it,the school support is not enough,the relevant theories and ideas of the head teacher need to be strengthened,and the degree of parents’ cooperation is not high.In view of the problems existing in the family education guidance of the head teacher in J primary school,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies from four aspects: the government,the school,the head teacher and the parents.First of all,the government should set up family education guidance and promotion institutions,ensure that family education policy publicity is in place,strengthen the construction of family education related specialties,promote the professional development of family education guidance,build a family education guidance security system,and promote the orderly development of family education guidance.Secondly,as the organizer and manager of family education guidance,the school should promote the professional development of class teachers by organizing professional family education and guidance training.It is necessary to formulate the operation system of family education guidance,perfect the school support system,establish the evaluation mechanism of family education guidance,improve the enthusiasm of class teachers,eliminate the unreasonable work burden of class teachers,and ensure the time of family education guidance.Thirdly,as the guide of family education,the head teacher should strengthen the study of the relevant policies and laws of family education guidance,deepen the cognition of family education guidance,It is necessary to strengthen the study of family education guidance knowledge,enrich the guiding theory of family education,abide by the guiding concept of “all-round development”,ensure the direction of family education guidance,actively establish a multi-faceted peer support system,and enrich the content of family education guidance.Finally,parents,as guided,should strengthen the study of family education knowledge,improve their own educational quality,It is necessary to participate in family education and guidance activities,strengthen the cooperation of class teachers,actively construct a community with class teachers,and strengthen a comprehensive understanding of the school. |
