Social Work Intervention Plan For The Empowerment Of Community Residents

The problem of lack of participation of modern urban communities has become the important and difficult problem of community governance,how to break through the invisible "official and the people" barrier,realize the community from bottom to bottom to participate in community affairs,promote community residents is the current urgent social problem.The implementation of the "public and sharing" program in Chaoyang District,which aims to help the community to solve the problem of the community through the community residents,and to bring together other residents to act together,so as to meet the residents' service demand and stimulate the community vitality.In this paper,the practice of social work involved in the community as an example,the introduction of energy theory perspective,analysis of how the plan to shape the work of ideas,through the "proposal contest" and "energy plan" to achieve community residents to increase energy,promote community participation and promote community governance.Finally,the author puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to enhance the sharing plan,through reflection on the effectiveness and shortcomings of the "sharing plan".The author divides the full text into five parts:The first part is the introduction,first of all,this article's research background,innovation significance made a brief discussion;Secondly,explained the theoretical basis of the paper "participatory development theory" "energizing theory",and defined the related concept of "community participation" and "community residents empowerment";The research methods focus on the interview and participatory observation method.The second part is mainly on the domestic and foreign community residents involved in community governance research and community empowerment of substantive research.This paper summarizes the contents of community participation research and community empowerment research at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas of community residents' energies on the basis of domestic and foreign research results and the practice of social work.The third section presents an overview of the creation plan.The author first introduces the background of the creation plan,and then presents the implementation process of the A community as an example.Finally introduced the typical energize projects.The fourth part is the analysis of the process of "increasing the energy" of the social workers involved in the process.Through the support and co-ordination of the various stages of the creation plan,the guidance of the residents' participation consciousness,and then to the late implementation of the proposal.the potential of the residents to be fully stimulated,the service team and residents are gaining power.In the fifth part,the author summarizes the results of the enrichment of the creation plan and makes a reflection on it.It puts forward the relevant suggestions to enhance the sharing plan.
