| With the improvement of China’s international status and international influence,especially the construction of the " The Belt and Road Initiative",more and more foreigners have begun to learn Chinese.The sharp increase in the number of students has brought opportunities to international Chinese teaching.But the arrival of COVID-19 has brought new challenges to Chinese teaching in all countries.Although various countries are making efforts to fight the pandemic,in the current form,the COVID-19 pandemic will not disappear for a while and will coexist with human beings for a long time.Thailand is the country with the second largest number of people learning Chinese in the world.Studying the changes of teaching organization form during the pandemic in Thailand and whether the new form of teaching organization can adapt to teaching during the pandemic is of guiding significance to the global Chinese teaching work.Therefore,this paper discusses the organizational form of Chinese teaching in Thai secondary schools during the COVID-19 pandemic.This paper is divided into six chapters in total.The first chapter mainly outlines the concept,classification,development trend of the form of teaching organization,research on international Chinese teaching organization form before and after the COVID-19 pandemic,research methods and research significance.The second chapter explains the design of the questionnaire.The third chapter discusses the specific changes and reasons for the form of teaching organization of Thai middle schools in different semesters during the covid-19 pandemic.The fourth chapter analyzes the attitudes of Thai teachers and students to the change of Chinese teaching organization.It includes the investigation of the advantages and disadvantages of the new teaching organization form,the acceptance and adaptability of Thai teachers and students to the new teaching organization form,and analyzes the views of Thai teachers and students on the development of Chinese teaching organization form in the future.The fifth chapter selects two middle schools in Thailand with different time-varying forms of teaching organization and conducts interviews with Chinese teachers and teaching administrators in the schools.The last chapter The last chapter summarizes the main contents of this study,reference for teaching organization forms in other countries and regions,and the shortcomings of this study.Through the above research,the author concluded that the organizational form of Chinese teaching in Thai middle schools has not changed in terms of students,teachers and space,but only in terms of space under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic.The organizational form of Chinese teaching has switched back and forth between the online teaching and offline campus teaching according to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic in various places.In the face of the still unstable international COVID-19 pandemic situation,Thailand’s teaching organization may continue to maintain such changes.In the process of such changes,how to ensure the effect of Chinese teaching to the greatest extent requires the joint efforts of Thai teachers and students. |
