Research On The Education Of College Students’ Labor Happiness Concept In The New Era

Standing in a new historical position and facing the eternal topic of happiness,Chinese college students,as newcomers of the era entrusted with the glorious responsibility of national rejuvenation,not only care about themselves,but also care about the future of the country and society.As an important part of the ideological and political education of college students,the education of the concept of labor happiness shows the students in the new era that labor is an essential activity unique to human beings.It not only creates the glorious history of the Chinese nation,but also reveals that the bright future of the Chinese nation will be created by labor..By using the research method combining literature research and policy interpretation,following the idea of (?)Ω "why is necessary and how to realize",the beginning of the chapter explores the appearance logic of the education of college students’ labor happiness concept in the new era.The significance and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s discussion on labor happiness,explore its theoretical logic,on the other hand,combine the cultivation of morality,intelligence,physical beauty and labor in the era of new talent cultivation and resist the erosion of the concept of material happiness,explore its practical logic,and deepen the labor of college students in the new era.The necessity of happiness education.At the same time,further based on the Marxist labor theory and Xi Jinping’s concept of happiness,the profound connotation of the concept of labor happiness of college students in the new era is analyzed from four aspects: why labor is happy,where is labor happiness,how labor happiness is embodied,and how labor happiness is realized.Secondly,using the research method combining theoretical analysis and practical investigation,it discusses the challenges faced by the education of the concept of labor happiness,such as hedonism and money worship,which are misleading the concept of labor happiness of college students,lack of consciousness of labor subject and lack of understanding of labor,etc.And from the complexity of the social environment,the lack of family labor education,the imperfection in the education system and the variability of personal psychological factors,it analyzes its causes,so as to seek the generation path of college students’ labor happiness education.Finally,through the research method combining fact analysis and value judgment,and following the principles of ideological and political pedagogy,the cognitive education based on the Marxist labor value theory,the labor value identification education based on advocating labor happiness,and the Free and conscious labor is the practice concept of happiness generation education.The three generation paths of labor happiness concept education answer the question of "how to achieve",that is,it is proposed in cognitive education that college students in the new era should fully understand the nature of labor and understand that happiness comes from labor.And the connotation of socialism promoting labor,thus further enhancing the recognition of labor happiness from the aspects of correct labor value cognition,promoting the spirit of model workers,and strengthening the cultivation of labor feelings,and then in the practice-based love labor,hard labor,sincere labor,and meeting.In labor,the endogenous power of college students’ labor can be enhanced,and the generation of labor happiness can be perceived and experienced.
